隔音不理想 隔壁 洗澡水通水管還蠻大聲的，有被干擾。 使用裝置濾芯的水 煮開 靜置隔天 倒在玻璃杯發現水質呈現 混濁的水色，才覺得前一天用馬克杯喝的水是這樣的水質，令人害怕。 有反應櫃檯人員 詢問原因，她們是客氣回應與道歉，並說是日月潭水質的關係，會通報主管改善。

酒店位置特別好，就在日月潭湖邊，房間乾淨衛生，唯一美中不足的是沒訂到湖景房，但店家給我留下非常好的印象，人和善，熱情，如果再有機會去，還會選擇這間酒店！

Excellent location right in front of Shuishe Pier. The room looked exactly like the photos and offered a stunning seaside view. Just a heads-up: double-check the location on the map—copying it into Google Maps might lead you in the wrong direction.

酒店設施很新，旁邊是水社碼頭，坐遊船很方便。出門不遠就是水社遊客中心，進出日月潭的客車就停靠在那裡，非常便利。湖景房的陽台對着日月潭，從窗户看出去就像一幅水墨畫，太漂亮了。非常棒的酒店👍

Amazing location! It’s near a parking lot so it’s super convenient if you’re driving (hotel will charge $250/day for parking, but it comes with unlimited entry as well, so it’s not too bad of a deal). There’s also convenience stores & eateries within walking distance. The room service breakfast leaves much to be desired, the sandwich was dry and stale and the salad vegetables weren’t that fresh either, the buffet breakfast was much better, albeit with a smaller selection as compared to larger hotels. But the best part of the hotel was definitely the view, it is breathtaking! Would definitely book again just for this view!

The view from our room (high floor) is amazing! Check in and check out process is easy and smooth. Very friendly owner and staff. Breakfast was yummy too. Would definitely recommend to my friends who come to Sun Moon Lake.

飯店位置就位在水社碼頭旁，湖景房陽台可以直接看到日月潭，可將整個湖景一覽無遺，位置極佳；且工作人員熱心親切，住宿體驗極佳。

日月潭鴻賓大飯店位於臨湖第一排，非常美的住宿，房間陽台很大，環境優美.乾淨，有機會一定會再訂購這間飯店。

當天住宿的房間應該是重新裝修很舒適，浴廁內有身障人士或老人家可使用的扶手，很棒，樓下就是水社碼頭的熱鬧街道
