員工態度有禮貌,房間,大堂很乾淨不過房比較細,廁所乾濕分離.沖涼地方只有垃圾桶,廁所沒有垃圾桶很不方便. 自助早餐只有蛋、腸、煙肉、包、蛋糕和咖啡機,橙汁十分簡單.

酒店職員非常友善，安排提早入房間及樂意提供餐廳資料。房間較細,沒有景觀，有健身室，做完健身，非常細心，有蘋果供應，性價比高。

Très bel hôtel rénové, les salles communes sont belles, décoration moderne agréable. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles donne envie d'y séjourner Par contre le nettoyage des chambres laisse gravement à désirer... de grâce le personnel de chambre c'est votre mission qui fera que cet hôtel soit à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles dans le temps faite le bien, la literie n'ait pas changé ( séjour de 4 nuits). Les joints de la douche avec de la moisissures, les WC pas nettoyés, des tâches sur les meubles les portes pas nettoyer dans 1 an ça va donner quoi? Après le passage du nettoyage aucune odeur de propre!!!! Aujourd'hui ces odeurs de propre de frais manque cruellement dans le hôtel

The Novotel Paris La Défense Nanterre is shiny new, having opened its doors just in April 2025 (we visited at the end of May). As you would expect, everything in the public spaces, the room, and the bathroom was classy, modern, good quality, and felt almost untouched, with no signs of wear. We stayed in a Family Studio that was particularly spacious and well-equipped (double bed, double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, mini bar/Nespresso machine/water kettle, and a fully-equiped kitchen with a cooking stove, a microwave oven, a second refrigerator, and plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, utensils, cooking pots etc. The bathroom was stocked with good-quality Rituals Karma cosmetics, and the toilet was separated. Soundproofing proved highly efficient, despite our room facing the road in front of the hotel. Location in Nanterre is obviously not "central Paris", but reaching the downtown was both easy and quick: A 5-minute walk to the "Nanterre Prefecture" RER-A (regional train) station, and from there a direct train line to the Arc de Triomphe (10 minutes) or Les Halles/Chatelet (another 5 minutes), with a new train passing every 4-5 minutes. In terms of services, the hotel offered an all-day restaurant and bar with various seating areas inside and a few bar stools outside, and an adequate gym with brand-new Technogym fitness equipment. The hotel will soon also feature an indoor pool, which was not yet ready during our stay. Service from the reception staff was efficient (and they actively asked for our feedback to iron out any teething issues in their new hotel), and daily cleaning of the room was OK. Overall, the hotel offered us an excellent stay in Paris –classy, brand new and well connected to all downtown attractions (not a 5* luxury establishment for hoteling, nor centrally located, but you know that before booking).

Le site internet Accor me demande mon avis, alors le voici: réservation introuvable malgré confirmation, dégât des eaux, tentative de surfacturation, avantages fidélité ignorés, et enfin une tentative de débit totalement aberrante (plus de 7000 euros!) . Pour un hôtel tout juste ouvert, le niveau de désorganisation et d’irrespect du client est consternant. Nous avons fait un mail pour relater tous ces faits: aucune réponse...

無論是位置、景觀、服務還是餐飲，都是一次非常滿意的經歷，絕對會再次選擇。步行幾分鐘就能到達地鐵站，並且地鐵線路正好經過很多主要景點，拉德芳斯區也是我在巴黎很滿意的一個區域，治安和建築設計都不錯。
