The premises was very clean and luxurious. The staff were very courteous. The hotel gives you a some kind of peaceful and relaxing experience. The best hotel in namakkal

Neat and clean although the hotel is aging. Bathrooms need to be redone and are not to a star hotel category if that’s what you are expecting.

I was a good experience staying at nala hotel. Dinner was decent. Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom could have been better. There was this smell i didn't like. Otherwise it was neat.

The complimentary breakfast is excellent with a very wide variety of items to cater to almost all indian cuisine. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. However, due to the nature of water (hard water) the fittings like taps and showers are showing signs of corrosion / oxidation resulting in leakages and reduced functionality. Need regular maintenance and replacement. Plenty of parking space and just on the outer limits of nammakal. Visit to the famous anjaneya and narasimha temples is just 20 min ride by an auto.

The hotel urgently needs a renovation. Bathroom especially. Tap is very dirty and toilet seat is just in need to be changed. In one of our rooms there was a fly problem . However the food in thebrestsurant was good. The restsurant room should be paintedca fresh white.

I stayed here for a night while travelling. We had a good experience, service provided was good and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is not maintained properly, as the rooms we stayed were not cleaned properly and it was having foul smell. The blankets were dirty and the bed was too hard. The only positive was the okish breakfast.
