I had a very bad stay for one night. Not at all like a 5 star hotel. Zero amenities, zero air conditioning and cooling system, zero responsiveness from management. Not even like a 3 star hotel. Customer service and responsiveness are terrible.

The hotel is not at the 5-star level, my personal experience with cycling was also very bad because cycling is prohibited in the complex, and when I left, they did not allow me to leave my bicycle, they said that you must have a letter, I am very nervous. It became tense. I wish they had mentioned this prohibition on the website or the hotel beforehand. The hotel staff are polite

Very good location, good building , with untrained staff. We arrived at about 14:00 O’clock to the hotel, parking area is in front of hotel which is uncovered and busy, the guy who were there just guided us to find free parking place but no help for transferring luggages to hotel. We checked in immediately but the receptionist gave us only 2 dirty room cards for 4 bed bedroom and he refused my request for giving 2 or even 1 more room card but promised me to try to find extra card and inform me the result but no answer. The building is in good condition and also the rooms. The house keeping guys are very dutiful and good working. I had 2 rooms and all to bathrooms were equipped with very old exhaust fans with crazy noise. The restaurant is clean but the staff are untrained and it’s clear that restaurant management is very weak. The food quality is not bad and you can try hotel restaurant for once. Breakfast is good and complete. Next time I will return to Narenjestan hotel instead of Venus.

عالی زیبا دوس داشتنی، هتل خیلی خوب، تمیز با پرسنل مودب و با مسوولیت کیفیت صبحانه خوب ‌دوس داشتنی تنها ایراد هتل پارکینگ باز روبروی درب اصلی هتل است که عمومی است ومتعلق به افراد مقیم نیست وبیشتر اوقات افراد مقیم جای پارک ندارند ولی افرادی که ازبیرون هتل جهت بدنسازی یا استخر یا کافی شاپ میایند جای پارک به انها میرسد !!!
