Wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort, trotzdem war der Service sehr gut. Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Auch das Restaurant hat eine gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind ok. Es war ruhig. Allerdings ist die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer etwas träge gewesen. Fenster lassen sich leider nicht öffnen. Es gibt einen Pool, der  schön mit Pflanzen angelegt ist.

The location’s not too bad, but the traffic on Ngong Road can be bad, especially if you have a flight to catch. There was some construction work being done in the rooms next to ours, my wife was unwell and the banging noises didn’t help! We weren’t informed about it either - called reception but didn’t get any feedback and the noise continued. Other than that, it’s a comfortable hotel.

one word excellent. a beautiful place to stay when you are in the city

The hotel is clean. Room is decent sized. Breakfast has good fusion of western and local food.

酒店的管理很有問題

酒店挺好的 就是最近酒店系統有問題

第一，地理位置優越，距離肯尼亞總統府和中國大使館2.7公里，距離中國城幾百米，旁邊就是非洲最大的貧民窟Kibera，可謂各色風情盡收眼底。 第二，硬件槓槓的，從大堂到餐廳再到房間，都非常舒適。尤其是浴室，非常符合本寶寶的要求。 第三，服務超級棒，工作人員都很會來事，情商是真的高！在房間清潔方面，保潔小姐姐看到我自己買了一桶飲用水，就馬上把我房間的飲用水從兩瓶調整為三瓶；看到我進房間脱鞋光腳走來走去，就馬上給我送來一次性拖鞋。在餐廳，我第一天早上點了一杯卡布奇諾，後面幾天服務生都會直接問我今天是不是還要卡布奇諾。關鍵是，人家不是為了小費或五星好評～

級差，對中國人非常不友好。設施也一般。再也不會住。

Very good place to stay, safe and comfortable. Near some shopping plazas, but friend told me not going out at night. Excellent breakfast and many choices for dinner. Staff were very nice.
