Had a good stay except for the person at the desk gave another guest my room key card while I was in the room sleeping but otherwise I had a good stay

The stay was enjoyable as always

來非洲快一個月了，沒怎麼鍛鍊。今天才發現酒店有個健身房，雖然腰痠背痛地折騰了半個小時。還是覺得有必要告訴一下大家。肯尼亞的氣候真好，不冷不熱的。鍛鍊完坐在院子裏的沙發上喝瓶水，真的是享受。牆上有非洲特色的金屬裝飾也很耐看。對了，總經理David 是個本地人，基本上每天早上都會在早餐時候跟我打招呼，感覺很好。

不好，浴室沒熱水，空調不能調節温度， 早餐沒啥吃的，三四個。太差了

Was a good option without being the most pricy. good location, walking distance to the main shopping malls, some bars. Breakfast was good too. Basic hotel but have a bit like a house feeling.

The staffs are very friendly and kind and hospitality. I was upgraded to a club room which is very spacious. Zehneria hotel is a very luxurious hotel with very nice facilities for the guest. The hotel is close to examination center, sarit center. Thank you so much for hosting me in your hotel.

The hotel is situated in a secure and serene place. It is sorrounded by a number of shopping malls including Sarit center. The rooms are clean, comfortable, elegant yet affordable. The hotel also boasts of a number of recreational facilities including a swimming pool and the gym. The meals are upto standard and the staff quite hospitable. I'll recommend Zehneria to anyone who is planning a trip to Nairobi just to experience.

Établissement très bien situé bien caché au fond d’une ruelle, très calme et convivial avec un personnel accueillant et toujours très disponible, sa situation stratégique permet aux clients d’avoir toutes les commodités à quelques mètres, 2 centres commerciaux à 5 et 10 minutes de marche, établissement bancaire et d’affaires et j’en passe.

Pleasant stay, front desk staff Tom/ Nina very helpful, friendly and Pleasant. Rooms always clean. Overall good facilities. Close to main shopping centers. Easily accessible to airport etc. The hotel is close to national museum. I promise to come back.

The hotel is very close to my exam center. The staff was so accommodating,the room so neat and perfect. There meals was so wonderful. Swimming and gym center is so cool and wonderful. Everything about the hotel is so perfect. The security is tight and good.

This is my second time in the hotel and the service is excellent. The check in process is very efficient and fast. Thanks to Nina and Tom for great service and warm welcome. The rooms are spacious and clean and our room attendant Suzzy is very active in her work. The breakfast is very delicious and with many varieties. Melody, Sanday and Peter are very supportive. The location of the hotel is very close to malls like Sarit and Westgate within walking distance. The GM David is a welcoming person with great passion for guests. I will come back again from Kampala Uganda.

My stay at the hotel was amazing, both the GM and the hotel staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. The food was Top notch 🤤 🤤 chicken biryani uuuwiii🔥🔥🔥🔥 Definitely I'd love to stay here again. I'd recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place for family and friends to visit

The hotel is fantastic. It is convenient, well-priced and really good customer service. Eliud was the main gentleman who mainly served us at the main desk and he was fantastic. We stayed 3 times between the 29th November and the 9th December. They dealt with all of our questions and helped us with a challenging *********** situation. All of the hotel staff, additionally, have been fantastic, friendly and really nice.
