Świetny hotel ,Monika zadbała o czystość rewelacyjnie w życiu nie widziałam takiego serwisu ,hotel w lesie nowy desing mega ,dużo atrakcji bart restauracje ,wspaniała obsługa ,polecam każdemu jeśli odwiedzi Nairobi .Top !!!

Really great staff. Room was okay.

酒店設計新穎，服務很好，乾淨衞生，就是洗澡水流有點小。整體不錯，堵車高峯時段距離Wilson 機場約50分鐘車程。

This hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff. John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me. The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth. The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated. This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

The service and breakfast was good and we also had dinner at Upepo twice which was very tasty.

I had the pleasure of staying at Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location in Nairobi is perfect, with top-notch amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding dining experience at the hotel’s top-tier Asian restaurant located on the rooftop. The flavors were incredible, and every dish was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. It was truly a culinary delight! The hotel ambiance was vibrant yet relaxing, making it the ideal place to unwind with a cocktails, food, and board after a busy day. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, even giving us the opportunity to experience the cigar lounge after hours. It’s rare to see such dedication to guest satisfaction, and I was truly impressed by their hospitality. Overall, Kwetu Nairobi is a must-visit for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Nairobi. I can’t wait to return!

Everting was to perfection .. service .. staff… the vibe… perfect hosts .. highly recommended.. for short stay or long stay … the hotel is new … built locally and design is fabulous.. the base restaurant and the roof top are both worth it .. highly recommended

The housekeeping team especially Elizabeth did a great work in the room with excellent customer care. They were ready to accommodate and work on the room when I was able to step out even when it was late in the day. The rooms were clean and well organized

Kwetu Nairobi Curio Collection by Hilton was a fabulous experience! The management team and staff provided intentional serves which made our stay refreshing and memorable. Our suite and the amenities met our needs! Kwetu Nairobi is definitely a hidden jewel.

Excellent customer service. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were made to feel like we were the most important guest. Beautiful facilities. Very nice and clean. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Food was delicious. Room service was some of the best I’ve ever had.

The customer service was amazing. The people were so hospitable and I felt so comfortable. I will certainly come back. Everything I expected and more. Judith, Moses, Agnes, the welcoming staff, Alex the GM and the Head Chef, the bar and restaurant staff and the ENTIRE STAFF exceeded my expectations.

Kwetu, is a beautiful boutique hotel, yet large with spacious rooms, modern rustic, vintage appeal to it, very quiet, with professional staff and amazing customer service. Elizabeth (house keeping) was very professional and welcoming, we engaged in a brief conversation that had has giggling. Trevor, from Upepo, is an outstanding waiter, he goes beyond his duties to make sure customers are well taking care of. Manager Moses, and doormen moses, made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed to make my stay a premium experience. I recommend Kwetu, for a beautiful, relaxing, weekend getaway, breakfast, lunch or dinner date's, or you simply want a night cap, this place has it all.

After arriving from a 10hr flight into NBO, we found Kweto Hotel to be a beautiful destination and start to our holiday in Kenya. We were greeted at the entrance by Anthony who we found to be very personable and helpful. Anthony brought our luggage inside and provided a brief history of the property. His timing and delivery were perfect. Gideon checked us in and was consultative on our upcoming stay. After telling him our plans for later in the weekend (early morning Saturday Safari); he suggested we could pay in advance for only Friday morning breakfast. His approach helped put us at ease immediately. He also said our hotel payment (we used a combination of cash and points), would require an additional deposit of which he asked, "would this be ok?". His use of the question helped build trust and was greatly appreciated. Anthony then took us to our room while providing a tour of the hotel, for instance the '1893' coffee bar named for the year Kenya started growing cocoa beans, in addition to the restaurants available. A truly delightful way to be welcolmed and begin our weekend stay!
