Great staff , great hotel

床太軟不舒服，廁所排氣扇不太好用，窗户也打不開

위치가 시내중심가에있었습니다.어디든 접근하기좋았습니다. 직원서비스는 감동적이었고 친절했습니다.그러나 호텔방엔 창문을열수가없었고그로인해 환기가않되어 곰팡이냄새가심했습니다.방안에있을땐 잘몰랐었는데 외출후방에들어서면 심했어요 시정을요구하고싶네요

Their service for helping is normal. I ask them to get a plactis bag. They haven't. And I don't know why they couldn't change the toothbrush every day. And their breakfast is little. Almost Every day is the same breakfast.

Our stay in Best Western Meridian Hotel in Nairobi was an amazing experience. In the five days we stayed, the room cleaning service was excellent and the people serving in that were swift to assist us with anything. Furthermore, the breakfast given to us every morning was top of the range. The hotel is nearby to plenty of shops and restaurants. When we stayed in our room, what we loved most about it was that there was no noise heard at all from the outside. Also, the hotel is 15 minutes away from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. We highly recommend anyone going to Nairobi to stay at this hotel

Loved the environment

Best Western的水平，酒店有些舊，設施仍可以，wifi訊號時不時中斷，位置市中心，距CBD很近，步行幾分鐘便到。早餐豐富。床雖小但很舒服。

このお値段でこのクォリティな全然オッケーです。朝食も朝6時からのサファリツアーに参加するので諦めかけてたら、5時40分から開けていただきました。私の他にもそのようなゲストがいるので早朝の朝食も対応してくださってました。コンパクトな部屋ですが、コンパクトだけに無駄のない必要十分な設備です。エアコン、スイッチ等すべてわかりやすくストレスフリーでした。

여행 초반에 묵었다가 너무 좋아서 후반부에 한번 더 예약해서 다녔어요~ 루프탑 수영장 바로 옆에 바도 있어서 좋았어요!

Wifiが少し弱い

전체적으로 다 좋았지만 구글 맵을 이용해서 차로 공항에 접근할때 차량이 갈 수 없는 곳으로 안내해서 그 근방에서 한참 해맨것 외에는 시설 . 서비스 . 음식 다 만족합니다

酒店比較安全，但周邊環境嘈雜。位於市中心，有點前門、大柵欄的感覺。
