Staff was amazing. Location is good and I really like my stay there. Amazing food variety.

A short break well spent in a tranquil setting away from the daily hustle and bustle! Resort is a bit far from the main city. Rooms are spaced out with well carved pathways to the pool and other open spaces. Leopard club room was spacious but could have designed much better; lot of dead space. Pool was nice and so was the little garden. Game zone had plenty of options but most of the accessories were missing. Restaurant team led by Verma ji was commendable. Gitanjali, Ranjit, two more lady associates at the restaurant (do not remember their names) were very courteous and gracious. We wanted to have local style food and just mentioned once. Vermaji and chefs ensured we had a great dining experience. Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner… everything was fantastic.. Aseem was very kind enough to extend us a late check out upon requesting. Not so pleasant part of the stay was housekeeping and the arrival experience. We reached after a long tiring overnight journey and morning jungle drive. No body offered even water which is as basic as it can be. Linen in the room was dirty, stained and room was full of mosquitoes. We asked the housekeeping to service the room the next day. They made the bed with the same soiled linen and the room was not even refreshed. Had to again call them and get the room done. When asked for a room change due to mosquitoes, they did offer a room change but wanted us to rush. Reception team came across very robotic and lacked warmth. The hotel manager didn’t even reach out to us even once to check on how the stay was especially when the booking was made under his reference. When requested for late check out, responded in a very unwelcoming manner; not what you expect out of a person who runs a hotel.

property is sooo beautiful & peaceful we enjoyed our stay.. this experience makes our trip memorable..
