Good rooms clean and tidy and nice service. Location wise a bit far from Mall Road considering it was a tough terrain for me to walk on. But overall a nice property

property is good but cleaning is not good even room is not having a mat outside the washroom which is making mess in the room. No fan in room and room was suffocating

Aesthetic 10/10 Food 7/10 service 8/10 value for money 8/10 the rooms are good but expensive if you get their standard room for 3k per night then it would be good deal

I recently stayed at The Pavilion, Nainital from 20th to 22nd April, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The location is perfect — peaceful yet conveniently close to the main attractions. The property has a charming old-world feel, surrounded by lush greenery that makes the entire atmosphere very refreshing. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the basic amenities needed for a relaxed stay. The staff was courteous, always ready to assist with a smile, and made the experience even more pleasant. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety to choose from. One of the highlights for me was the serene environment — it’s ideal for anyone looking to take a break from the city's hustle. Overall, I had a memorable stay and would definitely recommend The Pavilion to anyone planning a trip to Nainital. Looking forward to visiting again!
