Club Mahindra Naukuchiatal

It is naukuchiyatal,and not nanital. So please remember that before u book. It is at a lower altitude than nanital.has a more calmer weather than nanital. It remains cool most of the time with ample sunshine during the month of may. Being a club Mahindra property it is in a secluded space..is not as expansive as other Mahindra properties either. It has ample car parking space for private cars. They welcome u with a traditional tikka. The rooms are old styled with wooden flooring and have inadequate light making it look a bit gloomy. The mattresses need a revamp as they are sagging in the centre. Every room has a microwave and working TV. WiFi works better only in the reception area and the games room. Lots of good entairtainement and adventure activities. Food cooked here is also amazing.you can request for local food and enjoy it. The chefs and the hospitality is excellent. There is a lot of paid adventure activity that you can do when here. We did paragliding while staying here but not with the same person who was associated with club Mahindra as we wanted to get in a higher altitude. The kids enjoy the club Mahindra stay. The music played in the lobby is a bit too loud and peppy ..it wafts up to the rooms too. A more quieter ,serene music would probably be appropriate. Check in and check out is more time consuming than I would expect. There are no lifts so it is a bit tedious for the elderly. They have a nice badminton court and a patio facing the lake with a good view of sun set. There a lot of birds around so it is enjoyable for the bird watchers too. A warmer front desk would be really nice as they actually have very few rooms.. Overall enjoyable vacation.

Naukuchiatal is lake very near to Bhimtal, less crowded, yet equally beautiful. Club Mahendra is one of the costliest places of stay here, with Mahindra tag. The property has lawns and flower beds with nice landscaping. Very well-designed large rooms with elegant furniture and furnishing. The linen is neat and the bed very comfortable. My room did not have direct view to the lake still, two large windows with sit outs are added attraction to the room. However, the furniture and fillings are very old and not maintained, not to the standard of a nice high-end resort. Dining hall is on second floor without lift. Difficult for senior citizen with some age-related issues. Again, the hall and its furniture are not so maintained. The spread for buffet and breakfast is very ordinary. Food is appropriately tasteful but hygiene is below par. The hotel water bottle was full of floating material. Even otherwise the cleanliness of crockery and cutlery is not up to the mark. A lot is required on lawns and landscape front too. May be due to rainy season…. Staff is courteous, polite and eager to serve. All in all good place to stay but maintenance and hygiene require a lot of improvement

Excellent. Property and Staff was Excellent. As far as Food is concerned, it was delicious. Indoor and Out door activities were awesome. Housekeeping was excellent. Overall stsy in property was excellent.

The propert is good. Located comfortably in Naukuchiatal near Lake where Boating can be done. Rooms are spacious and nice. Can accommodate 3 people easily as sofa bed is also there. Food is good. You can take package on your arrival as it is cheap. Backyard has mango, litchi tree and nice terrace which gives good view of lake. Ample parking space available.

I found very professional and money mind dead Resort. Research staff was not co operating. Do not wanted to say much .we are come for the holiday but we don't enjoyed. Please do not spoil Club Mahindra image.

The room asked for was not given. The in house dining was expensive and the menu the same as their Binsar resort. They need to make it more pocket friendly as there are many restaurants within walking distance. So much so, I heard people at the terrace saying that they were ordering from outside. The rooms also need upkeep. The sofa-cum-bed was frayed and needed urgent repairs. In fact the decor looked drab and needs refurbishment. The windows also need proper cleaning as there were water stains on it. The windows in the wash room was having red stains. It appears that the cleaning is not done.
