The delux room here has an amazing lake view. One must book. Also the food here is delicious and budget friendly. The staff is polite and cater all your needs. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a vacation in nanital.

The hotel's proximity to the lake and the naina devi temple is excellent. But some attention needs to be paid on cleanliness, food quality and room service.

Location is good, hills view, on main road, easy to find. Staff very nice and friendly. Food not tasted. Wifi was good.

1. No parking space. 2. The photos shot were taken with zoom so it's not easy to figure out how far the view of lake is. It was not less than half km while the photo shows as if it's above the lake. Do not go by photos. 3. The kitchen staff was terribly slow and took nearly 1 hr to cook breakfast for our family.

Rooms are very small and smelly. Bedsheet and blanket was used and it was not maintained. It's looking like a 90s lodge. No maintenance and cleaning. Not recommended at all

As shown in image the room was very small, bedsheets were very dirty,there is a power problem every time,lots of dust in table , TV stand , Sofa. Washroom not working properly. I booked double deluxe room, but that was very small room as shown in image. Will not recommend to anyone.And the room rate is also very high, and this is very far away from Mallital in Nainital from Mall road, Family travelling with kids pls don't travel to this hotel.
