This was an excellent property. Food was good. Location is fine and their staff was very cooperative.

The property is located in a quiet location away from the hustle and sound which is what you want for a vacation spot. However there is a downside for the same as well as it is almost 2 kms away from the happening places such as Mall Road, Lake etc. and you have to either walk up to those places or take a cab as parking is a huge problem over there. Apart from that, hotel food was quite good and cleanliness was maintained. They also have parking available within the hotel which is not the case with some of the hotels in the area. Rooms are spacious. Staff was also courteous and well behaved. They light bonfire and karaoke music during dinner and flute during breakfast is played which makes them unique. They are a bit old school in terms of technology as they are still using keys instead of cards. Rates are a bit on the higher side I would say but rest all is good.

Very nice hotel. Staff courteous. Food was pretty good. Distance from the Naini Lake is easily negotiable by car.
Only thing I found out from guests who were checking in, is that they got the rooms at a price way lower than what we got from the Make MyTrip site since they booked from other sites. The price we paid was almost double the original price.

Staff is very nice. Pick and drops to the mall road are quickly available (in the allowed time window). Property is well maintained and comfortable. They have a small but nice restaurant with decent variety and good taste. We even tried a few items from their Kumaoni menu and liked it.

Good food
good services courteous staff
live flute playing early morning n evening live music with bonfire was just a hit
only issue is for bad quality towels n bedsheet. Rooms are spacious
near to mall road but need a vehicle to go there
overall a nice n soothing stay

The place was very nice and beautiful at a peaceful place. I loved the bonfire sessions with songs in the evening. Also i was grateful for their pickup and drop services as mall road is a bit far. The overall experience was very good.
