The rooms were good neat and clean it’s just that the washroom commod was not properly functioning

rooms were big, but issues with hot water, hot water is available only from 8 to 12. the location is a bit un manageable for senior citizens. rooms service takes 45-50 min on an average. staff is polite but service is not good

There was no WiFi, no geyser, and inadequate lighting. The hospitality was very poor. The blankets were worn out and had an unpleasant smell, and the furniture was broken.

Room was specious, good location but not clean, bed sheets and pillow etc. Were not clean. When we asked to change them they again brought new which were even tears )

Rooms were clean n tidy. Well maintained. Housekeeping staff as well as reception was cordial n courteous. Hospitality was good. Moreover the location of the hotel was amazing and picturesque.

Hotel-prime rose location was good and food was ok but room's bed was not neat and clean and infrastructure was old not accordingly valueable. Service was also average. However in bhimtal hotel the watergate hotel service was best comparatively.

It was the worst hotel. It was not clean. The washroom was smelly throughout 2 days of stay. Limited hot water for 2 hours only. I ordered dinner but they didn't provide the food even though they said that they will send the food in sometime. I stayed hungry that night. Worst hotel ever. Took full money but didn't provide service accordingly. Staff were asking for tips very obviously. Overall not a good hotel at all. I would recommend others not to book this hotel ever.

It was awful. If you are thinking of staying there just don't go. They will charge so much for nothing. First problem is there is no hot water. Nainital is cold place and you need hot water but it will come only from 8-11 in the morning. Another problem is there is no hygiene. Toilets were smelly and dirty. Don't go
