A great family vacation, with a personal treatment , very good breakfast , near the beach and the mall. Yoe can go by foot to the boardwalk next to the beach, and find many restaurants nearby. Very much recommended

Almost 30 members of the family, came here to celebrate new year. The hospitality was 10 out of 10. The food in the morning , the cleaning, the 10 minutes walk to the beach, made the vacation the best ever.

Very clean and friendly well located over shopping mall. Somewhat tired room and furniture in need of update but overall friendliness of staff and great breakfast made this a place I would definitely stay at again. Parking literally outside front door.

Our stay was marred by the fact that our room wasn't serviced - and we were told that we left the hotel too late in the morning (10.30 am - after breakfast); and our early night disturbed by a very loud air conditioning unit, like a plane taking off. For that one, we were told that would improve once the attached shopping centre closed at 11pm as that was drawing the power for the a/c (and yes it was better after 11 pm). We were offered a change of room, but no staff to help us so we would have to repack and then unpack ourselves, which is unacceptable. .The site also promised a swimming pool - but without a car, it is unaccessible. We are still waiting several weeks later for our refund. Shame, as the rooms were large and comfortable and the staff very friendly - I guess they just don't understand that, in the service industry, customers should come first.
