"I stayed in both the Superior Room and Deluxe Room during my trip and found both room types to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were also very helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout my stay. Breakfast is also excellent. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a small coffee table in each room. We ordered room service and found it difficult to enjoy our meal comfortably in the room. With three plates of food, there was very limited space on the dressing table as it was already occupied by the kettle, cups, and coffee amenities. A small coffee table would make a big difference, especially for guests who prefer to dine in their rooms. The location is excellent. It is about a 10-minute walk to Grand Mall Shopping Centre, only 3 minutes from BCS Mall and the morning market, and just a stone's throw away from Si Fang Yuan Dim Sum. There are also plenty of massage centres and great food options within walking distance, making it a very convenient place to stay⁹. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its clean rooms, friendly staff, and fantastic location. Will definitely be back again!"

"Dont stay here if you are expecting to have proper sleep and good service. We stayed on Saturday night and the Hotel was having a house party on their rooftop until 4.30 AM in the morning. We couldn’t sleep since the noise and vibration can be heard till the room. Our room is at 5th floor and the rooftop party is at 8th floor. At 4.00 AM, we call the receptionist for complaint and then instead of shutting off the party or give us better solution, they just said the party will be finish in 30 min and offered us any earplugs if we need. Receptionist even told us that the noise can be heard from all the rooms, it’s like they expect us to understand that their party is more important than we as Hotel customer who just want to have a proper sleep. Receptionist also said that their rooftop party finish longer on weekends, so that means they’re doing the noisy party EVERY NIGHT."

"My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining. The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!"

"Room location is great with many eateries n near to market. However service from housekeeper was no good. No housekeeping as stated in booking daily housekeeping available until we complained. No water bottle replenished. Basin is dirty n choked. Shower head is too high n couldn't be adjusted. Given another pillow was dirty with stain without cover..Wonder how to sleep on it. Spouse's leg was cut by sharo edge of bed. Pot was rusty how to use. Tissue paper was changed to small sheets from big sheets..not professional at all. Though we complained however glad owner or manager took efforts to rectify but still no water bottles replenished. Should give us regardless if we bought. Room with good view but appreciate better provision n housekeeping since we stay for 3 days."
