Aston Nagoya City Hotel

Booked 2 rooms for travel with family members. The room rate is on the high side for Batam Central Area. Surrounding the hotel has many eating places, seafood restaurants too. Eating place with Live signing , karaoke for family and big group were within 5 mins walking distance. Nagoya Hill shopping mall also within 10 mins walking distances by cut through the shop alley, do check out with hotel reception. There is local product shop “ oleh oleh” located within 5 mins walking distances from hotel.

My 2nd trip to Batam in 2 weeks and decided to try Aston City Hotel wth absolutely no regrets.The rooms are very clean and spacious,A/C is cold n not a centralized unit,remote control fr the A/C is provided. The staff in the whole hotel fr hsekeeping to front office to the cafe n even the doormen are all superb and welcoming.Location is ideal in the Thambin Nagoya district where u will hv access to a large food court n all amenities like dental,massage,convenience stores and laundromat are along the stretch n jo crossing of roads required. I like to thank Dede,Aston's fleet of drivers with no different or higher rates than their local Grab.He was exemplary and knows his job well. Most of all 3 of the young trainee waiters in the cafe Dirli,Dila and another youngman where bkfast was served made our stay enjoyable with their attention to guest's needs during meals.Thank you,All.

The breakfast was pretty nice and the room was nice too except I found a couple of bag worms in the room which was kind of a turn off. They gave us free cakes too cause I mentioned that we were celebrating something!!
