location was good, abt 10min grab ride from the ferry terminal. there’s nothing much within walking distance, but it was ok for me cos i had specific places i wanted to go and asialink was near to most/all of them. breakfast was not bad. 👍🏽💯

The breakfast buffet is don’t look attractive.

I would like to recommend this hotel to people going Batam. I had a pleasant experience with the service and staff. Need a bigger pool though, but my children enjoyed the facilities and the rooms are clean. That is the most important. Great job guys!!🥰

Poor soundproof in room. Knocking and banging noise up till 2am as though as there is renovation works going on. Disturbed my sleep and can’t rest well. Breakfast is great.

Clean & Nice hotel to stay for a few days

All service by staff are good , but the cleanliness is poor, the toilet is smelly and also have dirt on near the floor . The breakfast is less variety, should have kids pool its difficult to my kids to swimming because only have one adult pool. thats my review please be alert on it.
