Very convenient place and good service

I had a nice stay at Hotel Baloi Batam. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I found the price a bit high considering the facilities provided. While the amenities were decent, they didn’t quite match the cost. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I expected a bit more value for the price.

the room was clean.  the food was good.. the staff was considerate and kind to upgrade my de luxe booking to ensuite room.

Great location near to A2 food court and many other eateries. Walking distance to BCS mall and Grand Batam Mall. Massage parlours, spas, salon and entertainment venues within the area. Breakfast was satisfactory with good variety of food. Highly recommended for convenience and strategic location. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

I Hotel Baloi Batam is the hotel that I like to stay whenever I go Batam with family or friends. The staff are friendly and helpful. Greetings from them wherever you see them. Location is good, near to food court and shopper malls. And also walking distance to wet market.

Excellent service and location.

Hotel is very close to a2 food court, opposite many massage shops and coffee shop there is also Starbucks coffee stall beside the hotel
