The Hills Batam arvostelua

Cleanliness is 2/10 - there were small cockroaches in the toilet and on the table of the room. toilet seats are also not cleaned. bedsheet has a few dirty black spots Location wise is good as theres many convenience around it for example Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall on the opposite side & a convenience store just below the hotel Would 50/50 recommend this hotel if you’re not a fussy traveller

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again in the future.

located at the central of batam, with good restaurants and good spa nearby!! will come back again next time!! nice!!

Lokasi strategis dan sarapan enak

Love the time flexibility of checking in and checking out. The staff allowed me to checking in at 12pm noon and checking out at 1pm without any fuss. Very good service indeed.

Lift Spoiled and very Noisy Air Con... Location is opposite the mall. Cleanliness is so-so Staffs are quite nice!

They may gave your room to others that walk-in and you may end up getting the rooms that not supposed to be used by customer as the toilet was rundown. Received a bath towel that already wear. Breakfast was so so and always need to ask to refill.

Stay at this hotel peace surrounding and easy to go for shopping or anywhere.

It's a good location. There's a Foodcourt right beside, Nagoya Mall is right opposite. Just that the breakfast is a bit....hmmmm...not that looking forward. Lobby is hot too

The service is superb. The facilities is convenient. The food is great.
