Good location. Very clean room… breakfast is nice

The room was ok, only one plug head in the middle of the bed of family suite, end up we had to charge at the tv there and the plug switch there couldnt plug in properly, end up we had to buy a multi plug so we can charge more than 1 devices in family room! Breakfast was ok only but realllllly hard to get eggs as all the stations there are no people there, went for 3 breakfasts but twice the eggs station was nowhere to be found, twice was told he went to take more eggs as more eggs, the last breakfast was even worse the guy went down to get eggs and finally back he said only omelette no sunny side up? I was thinking maybe he doesnt know how to cook sunny side, so i ordered 2 omelette and he took one that was on top of microwave for god knows how long and put in microwave and cooked the other, when after awhile we tried to order eggs again the guy went down again to collect eggs again!! And the prata guy was never around also,so was the noodles guy. Its irritating because the spread was really quite limited and stations always empty. Room aircon was blowing right at bed also, we had to put fan at lowest in order not to irritate our noses. Sound proofing was bad as well can hear people walking upstairs. Wont stay at this hotel next time. The only good thing is they give 2 pillows for each person. And towels were stained we didnt use it we used our own.

Booked 2 rooms, one room tap spoil and water leaking everywhere, ask them to fix but still leaking.. the other room shower hear holder loose cannot hold the shower head. When walking out another person staying at the same floor told us this hotel everything also spoil..seems like its quite common

Service staff..some friendly..some not friendly...location very good...fish soup must try..and A2 food court seafood also good...

Been booking this hotel thru' Trip.com. Price very reasonable compared to other booking websites. Always stay at this hitrl whenever I'm in Batam. Strongly recommend for those who are looking for cleanliness, good locality with foods and massage znd near to local market or buying kueh kueh.

Excellence friendly counter check in handling staff. When I arrived at the check in counter the staff already pre-prepared my room with the room key handle to me , amazine and efficency counter staff. Restaurant staff always carry a good smile and helpful upon beverage request and serve efficiency. The room is always tidy and clean with some bright lighting which is suitable working. Need no transportation to go elsewhere cause the hotel is convenience short walking distance to big food court, kopitam and plenty of health Spa center. Staying in this hotel would enjoy everything nearby in one roof.

Pros: Strategic area, in the middle of 2 shopping malls and near to A2 foodcourt. Friendly staff. Room is clean. Basic amenities provided. Cons: no mini fridge in superior room. During night time, can hear some noise and singing from the street but bearable. The towels provided by hotel look old. Breakfast was mediocre and not worth it. Rice was bland and hard. Food took a long time to replenish on empty trays on both weekdays. Overall, it was a satisfied stay. Will return again for its strategic location but not for the breakfast.

Great location. Many eateries including A2 foodcourt. Walking distance to BCS Mall and Grand Batam Mall. Massage salons, spas, and entertainment venues are closeby. Room comes with 4 pillows. Retractable table for in room dining if order food delivery. Breakfast is satisfactory with good varety of food.

酒店地點都ok，衹是早餐太糟糕了！！！ 9am下樓，食物空了沒補上，全都幹到沾鍋底了

Have been staying here for many and room and toilet have been upgraded, can see that these hotel keep improving
