ナガルコットの中で1番いいホテルだけあって、非常に満足感が高かったです。 チェックイン時間よりも30分早く着いたのですが、そのまま対応してくださいました。また、部屋を無料でグレードアップしてくれて、デラックスルームに宿泊できました！ 想像と違った点はプールが小さかったことです。勝手に結構広いプールを想像していたのですが、そんなに大きくないです。期待しすぎない方が落胆せず楽しめる思います。 総合的には満足です！

喜馬拉雅山脈觀景台，景色相當美，服務很好，食物很好

I think it was an alright stay overall. the rooms were quite nice. just know there are no elevators. but I think the 6th floor (terrace) is the highest (and the ground-ish floor is a level 3). Breakfast buffet was good too, service was nice. The view of the sunrise and sunset can be abit obscured by clouds at time but still a nice view in its own right.. overall quite satisfied :)

This hotel boasts some of the best sunrise and sunset views available in Nepal due to its high location and layout. The flipside is that this is totally dependant on weather conditions and of course, no one can predict what that will do while you’re there. We did not see a decent sunrise or sunset due to clouds, despite having great weather for our stay in Nagarkot. Despite this, the hotel is great. The dining area is well appointed and serves some delicious fare. There bar area was lovely and went spent a couple of nights out in the fresh air on the balcony enjoying the views and service. The pool area looked nice however we did not swim (and didn’t see anyone swim) due to its proximity to the dining area. It felt a bit uncomfortable being in swimwear where people dining could observe you.

We had lovely stay at hotel with family and I highly recommend this hotel for a stay. Thank you all club HIMALAYA team for wonderful hospitality and making our dashain memorable. We will definitely come again and recommend this hotel. I just loved the surrounding of the hotel was so greenery and peaceful.

We had lovely stay at a hotel with family specially thank you to Rajendra sir and Fandb team for the lovely service. Housekeeping team where welcoming and room were clean. Over all everything was excellent. Spa was very nice and front desk department were welcoming and assitant to our room. Thank all the team of club Himalaya making our family trip memorable.

We had pleasure stay at Club Himalaya, and I can't express enough how wonderful our experience was! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality shown by the staff made us feel right at home. A special shout-out goes to Sindu, Sabina, and Pryush from the front desk team; their warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for our entire trip. The Food and Beverage team were very nice and helpful, providing delicious meals that catered to our tastes and specially thank to our Rajendra sir. Our family particularly enjoyed the spa services, thanks to Kritika, whose wonderful treatment left us feeling rejuvenated. The stunning views and connection to nature truly made this stay unforgettable. We left with beautiful memories and hearts full of gratitude. Thank you, Club Himalaya, for making our family trip so special! We can't wait to return!

Our mid-week getaway turned out to be a really good one indeed. As we reached Club Himalaya, we were greeted by Shobha in the reception who handled our check-in very smoothly and Sindhu, the GRO showed us great hospitality and made us feel at home. We could really feel like Club Himalya was our second home. Thanks to the whole team for having us and we'll definitely be going back soon!

Excellent experience with Club Himalayan Ace hotel in Nagarkot Nepal. The welcoming staff and the hospitality were amazing. Welcome drinks were yummy 😂. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The whole team were extremely helpful and excellent service. I would strongly recommend this place to revisit.

very nice location and friendly staff and the Himalayan Healers Spa was excellent. Kritika Khanal was excellent in her work and the deep tissue and foot reflexology. Pabi Malbul did a excellent job in foot reflexology on the first day. Overall all staff gave good service.
