they do not provide anything as mentioned in the booking summary such as brush paste slippers etc, no fan in ac rooms, in morning buffet is only available
And most importantly make my trip booking is too costlt and they so many thing's in booking you even don't get a brush, if you need this propperty I think you just contact the hotel directly

We stayed in Queens hotel and we had a lot of difficulty in getting a good neat and clean room. We got a room first where the condition was really bad. In one room all the walls had dampness, blankets were dirty it felt its not been clean. In other room the bathroom flush were not working, toilet was leaking. There was also a big hole near the room on ceiling. We had to literally argue with receptionist to change the room. After a lot of argument we got the room change to an ok room. A

Terrible situation in the room. Paint smell, rusted bathroom fittings, no items in minibar, no bathroom slippers, no drinking water after 1 hr delivered 1 bottle water, bathroom mirror light not working, no laundry service, due to painting work 1st day restaurant not functional and finally from 10pm to 7 am no room service! Totally horrible experience at Velankanni in my more than 20 trips.

Rooms are fine, but i recommend please don't go with the food for this restaurant
There are no proper servers to serve the food
They will make you to wait for long time nearly 30 mins for single order
If you ask any extra food items they will make you to wait for more long time
No proper food service
Food services are very worst

We checked into the room at 12:00 pm but received a water bottle only at 3:30 pm after multiple follow-ups. The room was very dusty, and the provided towels looked old. The toilet cleanliness was not up to standard. We were unable to reach the restaurant staff by phone despite multiple attempts and had to contact the help desk each time. The refrigerator was not working, and there was no fan in the room. Additionally, we had to wait a long time to get hot water in the bathroom.

The rooms are dirty and the bathroom fittings are all rusted and dirty. The rooms are smelling and the walls are damp with mold. It was a horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was average but the washroom was terrible. Maintenance was poor and cleanliness was below average. won't suggest this palce
