Very good location, friendly staffs and very polite receptionist viz. Mahima Baro, Rashmita Lohokar, Mrinal Kumar Nath. Best hotel in Nagaon Assam. Also the food is very good and the rooms are spacious. Cleanliness can be a bit better also the service can be a bit faster. Overall a good experience

Mahima Baro as a person very Good Well behaved with the coustomer as I feel it, and another thing about the hotel was good at location and well designed to stay like a luxury stay, so obviously This hotel is good at recommendation for others too.

What a great place to stay and the customers services. The lady Mahima is great in terms of politeness, professionalism and work ethics. I loved this place. The room was great, toilets, cleanliness. Fenomenal. I feel honored and thank you.

Cosy stay , located at the heart of the city with friendly staffs . The breakfast spread was good . Overall professional approach with a value for money . The room I stayed had a decent view of the city facing East . Those who are early risers this east facing room will be great for them

Had a nice stay at Hotel Rishiraj. However, I would like to point out a few shortcomings. 1. There was no rug in front of the bathroom causing little unhygienic conditions in the room. 2. We booked two rooms and in both the rooms we found lack of cleanliness. There were stains all around in the room including the cushion covers and bedsheets which cause a little sense of discomfort. 3. The bathroom was a little too small, however that is not quite a big issue. Other than this, the service and other facilities were quite nice. Loved the stay there and would recommend it to others as well. If the above mentioned shortcomings are resolved, the experience would be even more enhanced.

Comfy room with superb service. Food is good, room is extra clean with all the amenities needed. The hotel is located in the centre of the city with good connectivity to the market. The breakfast buffet is splendid with wide range of dishes to choose.

Awesome ambience in the busiest place of Nagaon. The city from rooftop is breathtaking. Clicked some beautiful pictures flaunting our desires near the clouds on this day. The food is delicious and special thanks to Nita for her enduring service ......Cheers !

Poor service quality… Room service is very bad. Rooms are not appropriate… Not happy, my experience is very bad , food quality is okay but it takes long time to deliver too… There is no floor mate in the toilet, poor management. Needs to improve service level by putting quality manpower
