This place is best for nearby gala. It is just around the corner. And easy to locate and access to terminal. The place is nice and quite. You can relax and enjoy while resting and watching television. I will recommend this place and I suggest to have more options for breakfast. But overall the place is welcoming.

Good location Worth what we paid. Clean. Safe. Free breakfast and shuttle to the airport. Handy location walking distance to Bus terminal and SM Mall.

Recommended for no frills traveler We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel and room are clean, the staff is nice and courteous and the breakfast is good. The location is perfect for bus travelers like us since it's right across the Bicol Central Terminal.

Great stay and great price. The hotel is right across the street from the bus terminal. It was a very short walk. Our departure bus was late evening and we paid 500 pesos to remain in room until 5 pm. Then they were nice enough to keep our bags 2 more hours. The staff was helpful and polite. Response to our needs was almost instant.

Not so good No towels, slippers, and even laundry bag. Still have to ask the front desk (very helpful). Listed as “deluxe” room but not quite deluxe-y feel.

Nice place to stay Its my first time to visit Naga and its nice to be at a hotel near to malls and bus terminals. I like everything except for late check in time which is 3pm and no free drinking water.
