Good experience!

We are not very happy with place because we had mouse running around in our room. They charge us extra for new year party.

It was a nice stay for the last 2 nights of the holiday because it is only 30 minutes from the airport. Lovely pool, service could be quicker.

環境是還不錯，但服務真的是我住過的希爾頓裏面最差的 1、有一度無論在房間裏撥打零還是room service的電話都沒人接，起碼有半個小時，住過這麼多次希爾頓酒店，這種情況真的是聞所未聞 2、酒店不管是酒吧還是餐廳桌面都不是很乾凈，服務員打掃衞生真的很不積極 3、在泳池邊的餐廳吃飯，明明有好多服務員，但都擠在吧枱邊，根本不關心客人的情況，叫半天都沒反應 4、服務員超不主動，叫擦桌子叫了四五次，光答應，不動作，點菜上得也很慢，一瓶corona瓶裝啤酒上了半小時，多次催促才上上來 5、作為熱帶酒店，下午點椰子，居然就説賣完了 酒店算住得很多，也是很包容的人了，從來不發評論，但這次真的忍無可忍，斐濟本島酒店真是二流的景色三流的服務，性價比極差 如果是作為過渡酒店，個人推薦機場邊的gateway，至少交通方便，服務也好點 （有個別員工還是可以的，大部分不行）

Incredible hotel, fantastic location and super friendly staff. Great location if you’re looking to relax, Fiji time! Gym has everything you could need, cafe, restaurants, entertainment, gym, tennis courts, beach and they offer water sports and activities on campus as well as convenient and easy experiences to book. We even booked a day out and a boat came to the beach inform of our room and picked us up. Amazing place, safe to say we didn’t want to go home.

It was really nice time to enjoy and stay here! The villa is really nice and clean. I could stay without any thinking of insects! You could enjoy whole island! It was really fantastic to use the small boat from hotel to small dock area. The staffs are really nice and friendly to provide the best service. Although it is far away from the port of Denarau, you could stay and eat inside the resort to all. I would recommend this hotel for traveler who wants to stay in resort and relax. The restaurant and bar are nice, and their food was diecious. I would like to visit here once again!

酒店好特別，每次都要坐小船先可以出去，有種小島隱世感。 酒店職員都好熱情，大家都好開心，可能係天然小島上既開係，都真係好多小動物同蚊蟲，不過係可接受既范圍內。

ホテルの周りは何もないけど、とても綺麗でリゾート満喫できます！ホテルのレストランは必ず予約をおすすめします！

這個酒店比Sofitel要好 但是東西是真的難吃 而且酒店的人是很有歧視的 故意騙我們説餐廳沒位置了要晚上八點後才可以吃 其實就是想強迫我們吃印度自助 後面我們説那我們叫room service吧，他立刻帶我們入座，説有位置，真的很差

熱情善良的斐濟人民，讓我們有了非常快樂難忘的度假體驗，無論是前台還是接駁船的舵手還是酒店裡隨處遇到的服務人員，都會對你微笑，禮貌而自然。希爾頓逸林作為希爾頓旗下的標準五星級度假品牌，在斐濟更加凸顯出它的特色，無論是下樓還是站在陽台，映入眼簾皆是藍天白雲與大海，房間特別大，很乾凈，位於與斐濟主島相連的狹長小半島上，雖屬於主島，但也有與世隔絕的清凈感，人多的時候熱鬧開心，人少的時候也很清靜自在，花園景觀和泳池很美，總之就是不刻意挑毛病的話，它就沒毛病，值得五星好評～

Where do I begin. Bungalows have a roach problem. Rats have eaten some of the sugar sachets. Bathroom floors are uneven causing the water to pool around the toilet floor. Not forgetting the second drain in the bathroom that overflows and leaks out. Dust mites and bed bugs. Room service forgets to restock towels, milk, tea, coffee and etc, you literally have to call reception 5 or 6 times to even get them to give you things. Beddings and pillows covers are NEVER changed, they are never even washed (our stay was for 5 nights and beddings/pillow covers were never changed). And since the rooms are usually dark the beddings never get to see sun light either. So if your skin is sensitive or you have eczema, be prepared to be itchy. This place is a filth, and to think this is Hilton's standard. Go elsewhere where you presence will be valued.
