Amazing Resort. Especially that they have 2 Restaurants gives it a high variety, that other Resorts cant offer. The japanese Chef was incredible! Most of the staff was great as well but some could have been a bit friendlier. Could offer some more activitys, from the vibe its more a Resort for couples/calmer travelers. Reef was good like others in that Region. Good Price/value

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, despite a rocky start. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable. There was a mix-up with our booking initially, which was disappointing, but the manager, Mr. Ceasar, stepped in and handled it with exceptional professionalism and care. They went above and beyond to make things right, ensuring we were well taken care of. We ended up staying in a lovely yurt, which was spacious, cozy, and a unique touch to the experience. The sunny weather during our visit only added to the charm, allowing us to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces. Overall, a wonderful place to unwind, and thanks to the manager’s quick action, our stay turned out perfect. Highly recommend!

非常美的度假村，服務餐飲都很棒！

直升機上看過幾個度假村，藍礁湖度假村海灘是最美的，海邊別墅安靜美麗，餐飲也不錯，首日有迷你吧飲料和歡迎晚餐，非常真誠。

門前的海是酒店最大的優勢，太美了，晴天有四五個顏色，有好多魚，淺水區就能看到，珊瑚不用走太遠也能看到。酒店三餐不錯（西式），早餐是一個主菜（自點）+水果麪包牛奶酸奶自助，中餐是一個主萊，晚餐是三道式（幾種菜自選一樣）+湯，飲用水全天就在餐枱免費自助供應，贊！小型酒店的優勢是服務特別貼心，你能感受到所有員工的親切善良，象朋友一樣窩心！硬件方面，空調是松下的，新，製冷快，洗澡水水壓很大很熱，這對在海里進進出出特別重要，洗浴用品質量很好。總之，在這裏度過了美好的假期，每天在門前這片海里忙進忙出，希望以後再來！返回主島時，下雨，酒店將我們的大行李箱用更大的防雨袋包紮好，等我們回到丹娜堯碼頭時，卸下的一車車行李中，我們是唯一行李做了防雨保護的。感謝！

這個價位最不好的酒店，沒服務，沒活動，衹能窩在酒店 完全坑人

環境非常美，服務人員都很熱情，北島的海真的比南邊還要美太多太多，真的太喜歡了有機會可能還會回去

總體，服務還行，三餐全包，前方的風景實在是好，海為至少是四色海，另外最好的在於既提供大毛巾，也提供大浴巾，説是beach towel，公共衞生間也很整潔，另外公共浴室也給力，可以洗到熱水澡，但估計villa等單間性價比並不高。

服務非常好，餐食美味可以點餐，服務人員親切周到，風景秀麗，門口海灘即可游泳浮潛

先説優點： 位置好，在yasawa羣島比較好的區域，沙灘細膩，海水顏色分層，自然環境沒得説，棒！ 再説普遍情況： yasawa羣島上大多數度假村都有強制包餐計劃，這個在訂房前會有提前説明，餐費是過去現付。這家的價格是每人每天159斐幣（三餐）。 接下來是缺點： 1. 島上蚊蟲較多，不過原生態的大環境都這樣，可以理解，建議帶足驅蚊水上島即可。 2. 住的花園別墅（雙卧），我們這間和隔壁那間都是一間有正規空調，一間是臨時製冷機，臨時的那間機器聲音超級大，嗡嗡嗡一個晚上，睡覺輕的慎選。 3. 重點吐槽：這家的退房時間是早上9:30-10:30之間，然而入住時沒有任何人以口頭或書面方式告之。 到了退房當天早上9點多，酒店強行讓客人們離開去酒店休息區等待（下島的船是中午1點到酒店門口碼頭）。在我們的堅持下，酒店給安排了一間臨時的waiting room，可以待到12點。 後來和其它客人聊天才知道（問了三四家），大家在入住時都沒有被告之退房時間（有一位在退房前一晚在床上看到了酒店放的書面通知單，所以提前半天知道了這事），很多人一大早都匆匆忙忙很尷尬😅。 和攜程反饋了這件事，攜程處理很積極，也努力作出了補償，現在已更新了酒店的退房時間。 但是酒店這種服務態度，訂這家的要謹慎考慮😅

Loved the resort, our villa on the beach was amazing.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Meals are delicious. It's a nice experience to stay at blue lagoon, I'll definitely go back again in the future. The resort has different activities every day and have trip to the sawa-i-lau cave some days or can climb the mountain. Highly recommend.
