Downtown Luxurious Gem

Upon arrival the shared bathroom did not have any towels. Towels and sheets were in the dryer and we had to fold them all. Then put the load in the washer in the dryer. There was trash under kitchen table so we had to sweep. Nacogdoches was enjoyable for shopping and food. Thanks

Close proximity to downtown square and SFA events. Clean with comfortable living room situation. Beds were just like we like. No complaints!!

Difficult to review, didn’t stay in the unit The unit hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, but the host promptly offered the other unit on the property. After a long drive, we were happy to accept, although it didn’t match the quality of the one we originally booked and didn’t seem fully prepared for guests. Unfortunately, the cleaners weren’t available until the next day, so returning to the original unit wasn’t an option. The host was very responsive and refunded the cleaning fee to help make up for the inconvenience.

I was skeptical when seeing outside of property, but inside was just as advertised, Nice stay

Downtown Nacogdoches, Tx This house was everything as advertised and more. The house was clean and was setup with all the needed amenities. The rooms were comfortable. We had 4 adults and the house was the perfect size for us. Also, we were able to entertain other guests without problem. The neighborhood was quiet. The rental is perfectly located, and is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Nacogdoches. The owner is really nice and made himself available in case we had any issues checking in and to answer any we may have had.I would definitely stay there again.
