I booked the resort . We booked a Lakeview room, but we could hardly see lake from our room. The power fluctuation was too much due to which the fan speed was continuously changing throughout our stay. The food is overpriced and the taste is below average. Never order a beverage, they absolutely don't know how to make one. Swimming pool was not clean. Ride bicycle at your own risk and you might have to use your feet to come to a halt. Only good thing was the room and bathroom was clean. Price for 1 day stay is too overpriced.

Tucked in the corner of a lake, Cosmic Connect is a wonderful property. It offers a serene escape nestled near a tranquil lake, making it an ideal retreat for nature lovers and peace seekers. The ambiance is calm and refreshing, providing a perfect setting to unwind and soak in the beauty of Kabini. What sets this resort apart is its exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay. Me and my family loved the home cooked food. It was full of flavors and unlike any other hotel food. My family enjoyed the calmness, top-notch hospitality, and a wonderful setting that encourages family time and bonding with each other.

Good location, food can be lot better, amenities and services also need improvement. Hotel staff can communicate and give information more actively. Hotel properties can be maintained better. There is lack of staff everywhere.

*Disappointing Experience* We were thoroughly underwhelmed with our stay at this property. Considering the cost, the amenities and services fell short of expectations. *Food and Beverages* The food was homely but extremely basic, with limited vegetarian options. On one occasion, the only vegetable served was beetroot, with no alternative. Portion sizes were small, and there were frequent shortages. The staff's response to these issues was lackluster, with a repetitive "sorry" being the only acknowledgment. *Property and Location* The property's location was unimpressive, situated near a village with narrow access roads. The premises were under construction, with incomplete amenities like swings, decorations, and a swimming pool. The lack of lighting at night was alarming, and the presence of a snake on the property was a serious concern. It seemed that the owner prioritized cost-cutting over guest safety and security. *Amenities and Services* The kitchen staff was inadequate, leading to delays and unfulfilled requests. We had to ask multiple times for a simple lemon. The food menu was monotonous, with only a few starters being noteworthy. The washrooms were equipped with basic luxuries, but the supplies were not replenished during room cleaning, regardless of the number of guests. *Value for Money* Overall, our stay felt like a basic village experience worth ₹4-5k, not more. The property failed to justify its cost, leaving us disappointed and underwhelmed.

Excellent location Super service Neat and clean rooms Good hygiene standards

The location was super food was excellent and to top it the service was exceptionally good. The linen and sparkling clean toilets were noteworthy. The bon fire was icing on the cake.
