poor maintenance, roof hight is very low in 3rd floor which gave lots of heat. i have requested for room change as my kids are not able to manage the heat but they didn't gave.

The hotel was so good and cleaned but the reception counter guy was so ash with the customer this I didn't like

The friendliness of the staff made me feel comfortable. It's located in a reasonably well connected area with a large road in front and lots of restaurants nearby. Cleanliness was fine in my experience.
