Emerald Urban Comforts

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel moderne et confortable. Le service est excellent. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant intérieur mais également d'un magnifique rooftop où il est très agréable de prendre ses repas. Petit déjeuner avec buffet complet tant pour indiens qu'europeen. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses et la salle de bains est moderne. Propreté sans faille dans cet immeuble. Situé à 15 min à pied du palais et du marché

Stayed for a week on business trip. Food is good. Hotel rooms are okay but room where i stayed is below their rooftop and so much of noise below. Bathroom is also little bit stinks. Service can be improved. Overall good stay.

The hotel seems to be pretty new, staff is well behaved & rooms are well planned with few minor points for improvement. They have a parking lot adjacent to the property. Hotel is on floor 2-4 of a commercial building with a lift. The restaurant is on the 4th floor. We felt the rooms were very comfortable with a large smart tv, coffee maker, enough space to store luggage, hang clothes etc. . Bathroom was clean too but may need minor improvement in terms of placing the wash basin etc. . The room ac was good, has a window which we opened in the mornings to let the fresh air-in. Overall no complaints with the room. The best part is the veg. Restaurant -satyvik on the 4th floor, the taste of whatever we had was very good & service was excellent, we ended up extending our stay because of the restaurant experience. The buffet t breakfast was descent with idly, vada, dos a - on order, bread toast & few other items, dinner is ala carte with a comprehensive menu. Special mention of mom o & team on the service & mr. Balaji to make sure we got we need. The places of interest in mysore are not far (like with most hotels in mysore. Only thing there was one gentleman at reception in the day time who didn’t seem very customer friendly, all other staff members were forthcoming. Overall it was a comfortable & relaxed stay.

Clean & hygienic rooms, good food at the restaurant. Very friendly staffs. All together good experience.

Buen hotel en Mysore, cerca del centro, las habitaciones como en las fotos, camas grande, un buen lavabo El staff muy servicial y por poner una pega el desayuno tiene pocas opciones para extranjeros es sobretodo comida indu. También tienen un restaurante en la Terraza que sirven muy buena comida ( indu ).
