Amyth of Mykonos Agios Stefanos

We visited the Amyth during our honeymoon in Mykonos and absolutely loved it! We booked the Amyth room and really enjoyed the spacious room and the private pool. The staff is extremely friendly, very helpful and goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. We felt like home from day 1! We also spent plenty of time at the pool (always found a spot easily) and ate breakfast and lunch which were delicious. There is a small outdoor gym which we used when we were in a sporty mood, but overall we just enjoyed the peace and quiet. At the pool there was always a good playlist. It’s also located very centrally (10mins to old town, 15mins to Scorpios or Alemagou). Whenever we went out, the ordered us a taxi or organized a driver and always handed us a water bottle to stay hydrated. For our honeymoon, we also received a bottle of Cava and on our last night were surprised with our favorite drinks. We can absolutely recommend this place for a honeymoon and also a couples trip. Really enjoyed this hotel However there is definitely some things that could be improved and some things to take into account when booking The hotel is truly a secluded luxury and chic hotel the reception staff and manager are truly professional and go way beyond to rectify problems when they arised for us Our original room with hot tub was lovely however the hot tub didn’t work so we moved rooms with their assistance and were compensated with a free dinner in the hotel which was very much appreciated We ended up in a very beautiful room with bed facing the ocean which was stunning Our room was cleaned to a very high standard and we loved the aqua di Parma toiletries Bed was a delight Location wise if you are not fit please note there is a massive uphill walk to return to the resort You are also restricted to the bus timetable which ends quite early So factor in transfers which are expensive Or car hire . We would not drive in Mykonos as we like to have a drink and parking is really challenging Pool is beautiful however the song list is quite repetitive ( obviously I spent a long time at the pool) Breakfast was a la carte and nice although the structure of the menu meant smaller portions of things we ordinarily would have a larger portion of it was a buffet All In all we really enjoyed our stay here

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There is a rooster next to the hotel in another property and it goes off from about 5:30am until 7:30am consistently, after that it goes off every 15-30mins or so throughout the day. You will not be able to sleep or properly relax, unless of course you find rooster crowing relaxing. When this was raised with the hotel they claimed that they could not hear the rooster, which is just laughable, and they refused to refund the booking for unspent nights. The only option they gave was to stay at the hotel, move to a 4-star sister hotel, or loose all the money paid for the booking. The hotel is in a very built up residential area, hard to get to, and not that appealing. The rooms are nice, though be advised that the toilets and showers are see-through doors, so you should be comfortable if you’re sharing a room with someone else. Final point, the shower/pipes were blocked in the room and water would not drain properly and build up all over the shower floor, which is also where the toilet is.

I stayed here with a friend and we absolutely loved everything about it. The hotel has a beautiful boho-chic vibe, with thoughtful details and a calm, elegant atmosphere. The staff were not only professional, but also incredibly warm and welcoming — they made us feel instantly at home. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention too — everything was spotless, both in the common areas and our room. Our favorite part? The private jacuzzi on our balcony with stunning sea views — pure bliss! Make sure to try the Chios Spritz from the hotel’s signature cocktail list — it was the highlight drink of our stay! We’d highly recommend it for couples, girls’ trips, or even a bachelorette getaway. A truly special stay — would 100% go back!

Quietly sitting on top of a hill near the new port, it’s a spot to chill and relax at private pool and bar. Super friendly staff. Nice handmade breakfast. Walkable to new port. Gym and spa were under construction and we couldn’t enjoy it. Overall, nice quiet spot away from parties in old port, which is accessible by Sea Bus from new port.
