全卡帕最好的酒店

在這裏定了兩天，性價比實在太差了。設計ok，但絕對不值得一晚 1800英鎊，房間兩人住非常擁擠。房型不統一，拿房要看運氣，我們房間比我朋友定的相同房間小一倍。 對於5星級標準早餐品種很少，我女友早上吃壞了肚子，****。但客觀來説，不確定是否是酒店早餐造成的，因為其早餐對我沒有事。肚子比較虛的夥伴得注意點。 水療中心spa具有誤導性。我們換完服，去時被告知spa和泳池是按性別和時段分開的，女生上午，男生下午，導致我和女朋友不能一起去。很可惜，我們索性就回房間不去了。而我們前一天在土耳其的酒店spa和泳池是正常的，不知為何他們搞特別。 位置不理想，距離市中心熱氣球，和大部分飯店的村Göreme有30分鐘車程。我建議最好在市中心預訂酒店，可以更加方便去熱氣球和吃飯。這家實在不值得，我們最後連第二天都不想住了直接走去別的地方。

房間乾淨整潔舒適，我非常非常非常重點突出的是前台小哥哥的服務態度超級無敵奈斯，早上趕機，早上提醒我們起床，然後一大早讓廚師幫我們準備好早餐在路上吃等等，體驗感非常棒

酒店服務超級好，check out時還有禮物送，職員也很盡責，雖然我們並不是在過什麼節日，但餐廳也悉心地為我們準備了驚喜，食物質素在土耳其來說也不算差！超級推介

1000000分！工作人員超級好！！我們來玩凌晨一點到酒店，還有工作人員專門準備熱茶和甜點在等我們，白班的工作人員也都很友善！退房後還送了手信，兩個陶瓷的小碟子超級漂亮超級喜歡！！因為早上司機來接，太趕了沒來得及吃早餐還準備了小蛋糕讓我們帶着吃。第二天和第三天住了博物館酒店，相比之下這邊看着外觀沒有很洞穴，但是工作人員更有人情味，設施也更新一些。等到天氣暖和一點一定會再回來！

環境非常好，酒店很大服務很好．野奢的感覺，但是現在是淡季酒店只有幾個客人，但是環境非常不錯價格也實惠，屬於土耳奇當地品牌酒店，很有土耳奇特色．送的乾果非常好吃，前台的果汁很美，所有食品都是無添加的．包括酒店的早餐非常捧

Not value for money. No facilities. It is a luxury 5 star hotel, so cleanliness and room was as expected in a 5-star hotel. Location is little away from Gerome and other places. Not easy to commute if you don't have your own vehicle. No buffet breakfast. Turkish breakfast for all days, no variety. One weird thing we noticed first time in a 5-star, On top of the booking amount, they took 1000 lira as security deposit. They returned it on check-out, but this is ridiculous for a 5-star hotel. When I told the same to the person on reception, he commented like what type of hotels you have stayed so far. Did not like the attitude of the staff. 5 star hotel staff should not behavior like this. Will definitely not recommend it to anybody.

非常滿意的酒店，服務員彬彬有禮，早餐美味且豐富

內斂而奢華，非常喜歡AJWA的風格，食物美味，環境優美，每個人都非常友好熱情，特別感謝Mustafa,Selin 。我們期待再次入住。

This is really the best hotel in Cappadocia! The hotel is even more beautiful than shown on the pictures and (all!) employees are friendly and goodwill. Further, we loved the concept as every detail of the hotel is well thought off and the standard of hygiene is a 10/10. The breakfast very varied and delicious as all served was organic (self made and harvested) and all our wishes were always fulfilled with a smile on the face! We would like to thank the whole AJWA team (especially Nur Hanim, Musa and Onur bey, Orhan and Mehmet Chef) an unforgettable time and will definitely come again!

Özellikle resepsiyonda girişten çıkışımıza kadar bizimle ilgilenen Sıla hanımefendiye çok teşekkür ediyorum yönetimi de personel seçiminden dolayı kutluyorum Erkan Bey’i de unutmamak lazım. Ayrıca akşamları için hiç dışarıya gitmemize gerek yok restorant çok leziz öneririm

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this resort runs seamlessly, with everything thoughtfully coordinated, thanks to the incredible teamwork of the staff. Every detail is attended to with care..rooms are spotless, beds very comfortable, breakfast are delicious, thanks to the warm and attentive services from all the team. Truly exceptional hotel and service around. It was one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. Anything you needed was a text away. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, and they made our stay enjoyable and stress free and relaxed. Please try their spa and massage it was one of the best. They have Turkish Hamam with a big swimming pool. I am sure if you stay here you will never want to leave.
