Not managed by owners. Owners are abroad I guess. Pathetic service. Bulky rooms. Avoid. Price also on higher side. Better options available around. Difficult to drive down and up as well. Driver available on hotel's terms. Not much to right now.

Room floor were dirty with food stains, linen was soiled, taps leaking, TV not working through out the stay, staff at reception was rude and adamant and not updated on their info regarding the stay of a guest. Greedy and not at all meant for the hospitality industry. For them, guest experience didn't matter at all. Our worst experience with any hotel we ever stayed.

Rooms were cleaned but service of breakfast was slow.Bluntly denied to provide toothpaste and said nearby shops will open open after 11.00 am
