To begin with .. we battled the long weekend traffic ( 12-14th April) and we arrived our lunch was not good at all, traditional garwali thali absolutely no good, though they did make it up for in the dinner which was good but worst thing was we did a double booking and requested it to be cancelled as the cancellation request was sent with in 10 mins, they didn’t budge.. despite repeated requests. Then on 13th when we had to leave and we decided to stay in our suites ( as they were not ready to refund the money or give credit note) for a couple of hours before we take our flight, lo behold at 2pm d rooms were not ready and we left without setting foot in our suites for which played full amount. They didn’t not even refund for the extra bed and charged us taxes for a facility that we didn’t use!!!!! Absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction, no polite redressal . Very very disappointed and have written it off. Landour is so beautiful and we have come here many times but this was the worst experience of a stay .
