Prima, echt prima service. Fraaie kamers door het geweldige uitzicht. Airco verwarming moeilijk om in te stellen, die zou een duidelijke handleiding moeten hebben. Service bijzonder, tot bijna ," too much". Eigen koffer verrijden werd niet "toegestaan".

Overall Greater Experience. Room, View, Food, Ambience all are TOP-NOTCH.

It’s a decent property. Food was good. Kids section had all paid activities, it was bit disappointing. Overall experience was good.

Beautiful location

Mussoorie is cold and difficult to get around but this hotel made the trek up worth it. The view was astounding, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. There are a lot of stairs though so be sure you are willing to make the climb!

Above expectation arrangement by Mr Sanjeev Negi. As one or the couple staying had Anniversary we requested Mr Sanjeev Negi if any arrangements can be made, he acknowledged instantly and arranged Cake in the couple celebrating Anniversary and also decorated their room. Mr Sanjeev your promise acknowledged service ensured the couple Celebrated their Anniversary in a special way - A home away from home. The 2 Bhk room booked had amazing view from Gallery. Sterling Mussoorie is one of the best resort in Mussoorie,it is around 3km away from the main city, one can have breathtaking view from the resort.We booked a suit room which have beautiful view, food was mouthwatering, room were neat and clean .Lots of kids activities. Great hospitality staff was very warm and welcoming. We will definitely come back

Sterling Mussoorie is a awesome property. we were 2 families and had booked 2, 1BR rooms. with 4 kids and 4 adults, the space alloted was adequate. Rooms are well equipped and well maintained. we had a kitchenette to ourselves so we could bring in food from outside and heat it up. there's a fridge and a small dining table. Food at property is very tasty and well served. The house keeping staff is very courteous and prompt in service.

Very good property. Beautiful location. Huge rooms ,excellent service. Overall a great holiday experience. Really well maintained and huge property. Great view from our rooms. We were travelling with another family and there were 4 kids in total. We booked 2x 1 BR units and each room was ver sapcious and large enough for the kids to play around. Food although expensive is delicious. For eg: a 500 ml bottle of Sprite will cost you Rs 260. However notwithstanding the price the property is a must visit as everything else is fabulous 👌 including staff.

We had a two days at sterling mussoorie everything is fine from check in to check out the staff is great from reception to restaurant the ambience of the property is very nice only thing is the way from mall road is bit narrow. Rest evrything is fine and enjoyable definitely we will come back 😊

Apart from the approaching road, everything else is just fine.... all staff are very good especially Ms Indu from front office was very helpful We booked premier suite which met our expectations... The staff and the services were just fine... From scenic sunrises to the twinkling lights at night... The view couldn't have gotten any better....

Resort Location - a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city in the picturesque landscape. Check IN / OUT - takes a few minutes. Neatness / cleanliness - it was upto mark. Housekeeping - Team is always in alert mode to cater. Thanks to Mr Balveer, Mr Ajay and Mr Vinod. Adventure sports - Zip line, Burma Bridge.......Thanks to Mr Pankaj & Mr Meeka, as all sports are taken with full safety gear. Food - Either room service or at Resturant service is good . Do try heavy duty stuffed Parantha.
