Overall good experience. Food was good and staff was courteous. Location was peaceful. A bit away from crowded mall road.

The hotel offered an amazing view of the mountains, which was undoubtedly the highlight of my experience. The scenery from the room was breathtaking, making it perfect for anyone seeking a tranquil and scenic getaway. However, the location was a bit of a downside. The hotel is quite far from Mall Road, and you are heavily reliant on their complimentary pickup and drop-off service to get around. While this service is convenient, it does limit your flexibility. Unfortunately, the hotel's maintenance and cleanliness left much to be desired. The property seemed poorly maintained, and I encountered issues with the cleanliness in the bathroom, which was disappointing. The service overall was subpar, and it took longer than expected to address concerns. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and, to be honest, not very tasty. If your priority is simply enjoying the mountain views from the comfort of your room, then this hotel could be a good choice. However, if you're looking for a well-maintained property, better service, and a more convenient location, you might want to explore other options.

Rooms are not what shown in the pictures, the photos of the rooms and washrooms are totally edited, The washrooms are totally different there is no hand shower in the washroom, They have kept one bucket which is full of dust totally yellowish colour, I have never seen any 4 star hotel which provdies bucket and no shower, there is no locker in the room and there is no space where you can keep your luggage .. you have to keep your luggage on the floor.. rooms shown in the pictures are soo big but in actuall the rooms are so small .. cleaniness 0.. within 15 minutes the socks of my child went black .. 0 service the staff on the reception was also not helpful.. we went here with a child but they did not helped us in anything .. we paid 8000 for the rooms which is not even 1 percent of any 4star.. plus the they charge so much for the food .. the service and all everything is 0 but the charges for everything is so high .. rooms are like the rooms of hotels which are on mall road which costs 2-3000…. If you are thinking of coming here after looking at the pictures then dont ever trust these pictures because those pictures are all edited.. worst experience. .. sharing the pictures
