Safeer International Hotel by Brothers International arvostelua

Good location; big room; comfy bed. Outdated furniture and hotel in need of some renovation. Basic breakfast, but ok. Bedsheets were changed almost daily and room was cleaned daily, but every day we either didn’t get any towels or just one, even though we were 2 people. Had to ask for soap/shower gel and hardly got one; no shampoo at all; no hairdryer; TV not working.

Before starting, I'd like to say upfront ;the staff at the Safeer International are great people;their reception, the restaurant, housekeeping & maintenance were welcoming & friendly. Those things make for a great stay. II have awarded 4 stars for their great custom;; separating from the rest of this review. Something is going very wrong at the Safeer and from the impression of a guest whose happened to stay their twice, it's getting worse. It comes across as an owner investment and/or management issue which is very heartbreaking. The Safeer itself is a beautiful property; the rooms; spacious, it's closeness to the heart of Al Khuwair as well as public transportation are being squandered because of its neglected state. The rooms have declined even further than my last visit; a lift which had wires showing didn't appear accessible this time. There were also some short stock outs of things like toilet roll & soap, but; full disclosure, alternative mini soap & tissue boxes were supplied. The stockout was remedied (replenished) in 2 days. The rooms have great varied setups; some have kitchen facilities, others living spaces. This time I stayed in the latter & found the living room space a great room inclusion. Unfortunately the settees were 'neglected' showing many 'stains' on the cloth. The chair by the table had a broken arm and there was much paint bubbling/peel on lower corners of the walls. Please owners; you have a great hotel, it just needs the investment

Clean room , great location , friendly staff and value for money , rooms are big size with kitchenette and room service staff are so helpful , overall a great stay

سعادة المكرم / سمير يحفظك الله مدير شؤون الموظفين فندق سفير الدولي - مسقط الخوير تحية وبعد يرجى التكرم بالعلم بأن القائمين على إدارة الأقسام لدى فندق سفير الدولي - مسقط الخوير. لا يعملون بما يرتقي للدعاية والسمعة المرموقة للسياحة والزوار بسلطنة عمان الحبيبة. وعليه.. يرجى الأخذ بالاعتبار بأنني غير راضي تمام عن كافة الخدمات المقدمة لديكم. علما ، بأنني وعند لقائي بكم بمطعم الغزال البارحة ظهرٱ وزملائك الكرام . اخبرتكم ، بأنني أبحث عن فندق نظيف ، يوجد به إنترنت وخدمات أفضل من فندق سفير بلازا والذي هو بالقرب منكم. منذ دخولي الفندق وعمل جولة لتفقد الغرفة قبل السكن ، تم ملاحظة ما يلي: بوجود مديرة خدمة الزوار ومسؤول التدبير المنزلي ، دخلنا غرفة متسخة جدا بمنطقة دورة المياه. وموكيت مهترء في المصعد ومن ثم لا يوجد انترنت. أنتظرت ٥ ساعات ومن خلال الاتصال بكم شخصيا و بقسم الإستقبال لجلب ثلاجة صغيرة للغرفة وبدون فائدة . في الغرفة رقم ٣٠٥ في فندق سفير الدولي. لا يوجد مياه منذ الساعة الواحدة والنصف ظهرا من يوم امس ولغاية الآن وفي تمام الساعة الثانية عشرة ونصف ، تخيل بأني لم أستطع غسل وجهي حتى ، الاستحمام واستخدام دورة المياه ( أجلكم الله). خلال وردية ليلة البارحة ، قمت بطلب ثلج للغرفة، قام الإستقبال بإبلاغي بأن ماكية الثلج معطلة . طبيعة العاملة ، غير مدربة للتعامل مع النزلاء. ولا يوجد أسلوب مدرب للرد و عمل التدابير اللازمة من حلول. قمتم بطلب قيمة الإقامة وقمت بترك مبلغ وقدرة ٥٠٠ ريال سعودي عند الإستقبال. وعليه يرجى إبلاغ موظفة الإستقبال بإعادة كامل المبلغ كما. تم طلبه منك سخصيٱ صباح هذا اليوم بمنطقة الإستقبال وبعد لقاء المدير العام لديكم. دون خصم أي مبالغ... لا توجد خدمة تستحق الحديث عنها . . حتى كادر مطعم الغزال ، صباح اليوم . ليس بالكفاءة المهنية وخير دليل على ذلك وجود السيدة الفاضلة مديرة التسويق لديكم. لم نتلقى الخدمة المطلوبة و أنصحكم بأخذ التدابير اللازمة وحل مثل هذا المعيقات وخصوصٱ ، عند طلب مدير للحديث معه. من الأفضل الحضور والامتثال بدل أعلام النزيل بأن المدير مشغول وعنده إجتماع . وشكرا رجا جمعة مدير إدارة المرافق وخدمات الضيافة قطاع الفنادق و الممتلكات الخاصة المملكة العربية السعودية

Bad experience.. Bad service.. Toliet not clean.. And no internet. I called room service and reception many times and after hours they fix it.. Toliet leakage too and AC leakage water... I don't advise anyone to stay there. Bad behavior of reception staff

This isn't the Holton and it looks like there maybe some room renovations being undertaken but balancing the price point with offering it is reasonable. The air-conditioned room offers good sized bed, TV bathroom and even a kitchen with fridge microwave washing machine sink cupboards counter kettle and tea making facilities. What excels in this hotel are it's staff. They are genuinely warm welcoming and really do what they can to help you enjoy your stay. The restaurant is also amazing with great food choices. The hotel also offers a late checkout facility which in my case was good as my return flight was very late. I got to enjoy a full final day in Oman then return to the hotel to wash tidy pack and head to the airport. Its location is truly good, and Al Khuwair is one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Oman as its has more natural prices on offer from the commercial shops there. I look forward to this hotel completing renovation of some remaining rooms to really draw the tourist crowds its truly deserves. Again what you will appreciate most is the warmth and the staff there..
