Eiger Mürren Swiss Quality Hotel

這個酒店非常棒，就在車站出口正對面，服務員熱情像朋友，主動問起是否需要幫我們搬行李，可惜我們訂晚了衹訂到一間房，房間很大，床品舒服，早餐豐盛，退房時還給了隨手禮巧克力，值得再次入住

Love the stay at Eiger! Hotel was opposite the train station and butler was at the train station to help us with the luggage without even us asking for help. Got a room with the mountain view and it’s so beautiful! Definitely recommended and would love to come back to this hotel if we were to be back at Mürren. Thanks Adrian for helping us w the luggages to the train station when we are going back as well!

位置是沒得説，主要去這地方要坐纜車，預訂的時候也沒提醒，還好我們到的不是很晚，我開車直接上山了，結果説車子不能上去，再乖乖下去，再坐纜車上來，倒騰了幾個小時，結果11點才入住。😅

Murren, Lauterbrunnen is the most beautiful place I’ve been to in Europe. Eiger Hotel was the perfect size to have all the amenities and retain the family atmosphere. Every meal we tried was amazing, especially the New Year’s Even set menu. Well done.

We visited Hotel Eiger over 10 years ago as a newly married couple and dreamed of one day returning with our future children. This year, that dream came true—and we also brought our parents to celebrate their 50th anniversary. It was absolutely perfect. The views were just as stunning as we remembered, and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and cared for. There’s a special warmth to this hotel that stays with you. Carla even remarked about how a guest sitting near us she started seeing when he was just a baby 30 years ago! Our kids especially loved the open play area and pool, where our daughter made a friend from Texas—they’ve even started writing letters to each other! I can not recommend high enough to families looking for a wonderful environment to make memories. We really appreciated the staffs' help in moving my parents (many bags) from the train station to their room and back again when we left. Hotel Eiger is more than a hotel—it’s a place filled with heart, beauty, and unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to return

We can't say enough about Hotel Eiger. I reached out to them in the early planning stages of our trip and they were able to help me secure a suite that would fit our family for the entire stay. The train station is directly across from the hotel, but they met us at the train with a cart to transport our bags and our entire family in the rain. Every single staff person we met throughout our entire stay greeted us, talked about our stay, offered us guidance or ideas on activities, or just gave us a good laugh. The suite was very comfortable and the views on the balcony were incredible. We enjoyed the included breakfast every morning, ate dinner at the restaurant one night and enjoyed drinks, desserts or afternoon snacks on the terrace or in the lounge multiple days.
