Ramada by Wyndham Murree Lower Topa Resort

This was my 2nd visit. I found Great staff, very nice ambiance, service to the point and I loved the breakfast buffet and restaurant's BBQ platter. Overall great experience. I would love to visit again. All staff and managers were very supportive.

It was one of the best hotel-stay experiences I have had in Pakistan. From infra to staff management, everything was so good. Food taste and rooms were also good. The only bad thing me and my team noticed was less number of rest rooms on the Ground floor. If you are having a meeting in conference room and need to go to the restroom, you will have to walk to the another corner of the hotel. Overall, excellent.

This offsite meeting was a wonderful experience with a refreshing change of scenery. The place offered was a perfect balance of comfort and professionalism, with a comfortable conference room that encouraged openness and creativity. The environment provided us with mental peace and a step away from our hectic workplace. Plus, the time management and selection of other activities were overwhelming. I have really enjoyed this experience, especially with training, a short expedition that warms us not only our hearts but also our mental ability to think about who we are and how we should stay in the workplace. Knowledge is power, and one must gain and learn new skills. We have learnt how to reflect on our performances, refocus on what we can do to achieve this, and most importantly, how to ignite ourselves for these challenges. The expedition taught us how to accept and dilute yourselves for achieving common goals. I really enjoyed the ambience and everything. The best part is the team touches and bonding that are created, and it builds our relationship to one level high in achieving over all objectives. The musical night was made offside perfect after having business presentations. Looking forward to this kind of trip and meeting.

Overall, my experience was wonderful. The location is amazing, the food is excellent, and the staff is very supportive. However, during my 3-day stay, I noticed that the washroom cleaning service was not provided. I would recommend that the hotel management address this issue and ensure that the housekeeping team proactively offers cleaning services during a guest’s stay. Otherwise, everything else was great.

It was a pleasant experience. Enjoyed almost everything. Staff were competent and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was delicious, with lots of variety. very well maintained and managed hotel. highly recommended. With many good things location and the MURREE hill view added extra value.

The view from the room was also a nice bonus, offering a scenic look at the city skyline. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The concierge provided helpful recommendations for nearby dining options. The only downside was the noise level in the evenings. Being so centrally located, there was some street noise that could be disruptive for light sleepers. Additionally, while the breakfast buffet was decent, it lacked variety on consecutive days. Overall, Ramada is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in a central location. A little attention to pillows would make it better but I would recommend it for both business and leisure stays.
