Très bel hôtel , le personnel aux petits soins et très souriant. Les chambres sont grandes avec une kitchenette et une literie de qualité. Une amélioration est souhaitable au niveau de la qualité et du goût de la nourriture proposée .

Super petit déjeuner et repas du soir. Le personnel est charmant. La ville d alcudia est magnifique et le cap fomentor est vraiment à voir

4 charter stars hotell? We stayed here for two weeks, family with 2 kids. We liked: roomsize, short walk to the beach, frontdesk personell. We misliked: WiFi almost nonexistent, ocasional smell from ventilation, no vacuum cleaning, overstressed personell in the restaurant, no playground/kids facilities, no gym.

Summer vacation July Nice hotel close to the beach with very friendly staff. Working air conditioning, good food and beverage.

Ubicación y habitación ok, pisci y comida ko Lo mejor la ubicación, la habitación, y que se aparca sin problemas en la misma puerta. Lo peor la piscina, que es pequeña, y la restauración, más propia de un dos estrellas y con horario de cena demasiado temprano.

Comfortable Great location, comfortable stay. Air conditioning didn’t work properly but opening the door to the large balcony helped with fresh air. There’s a small pool, gym would be nice.

Best hotel,clean,close to the beach,shops,good variety buffet restaurant,great and friendly staff. Definitely worth the money you pay.

You will have to pay the hotel tourist tax on check in when you stay here at €3.30 a day per person. This is by far, the worst 4* hotel I have stayed in. It is not a 4*, not even close. No gym, no atmosphere, no extras at all. We even had to pay for towels and the safe! We went with TUI which was our first mistake as the on-site TUI rep was extremely rude, she kept rolling her eyes when I told her we got put in a room that is falling apart, the air con broke, the hairdryer didn’t work and it smells like old wet dogs. She couldn’t explain why the hotel was 4*! That says it all really. There was building work going on all around the pool and room making unbearable noise. Dragging sounds all night of chairs and tables. A loud bar directly opposite the room that blasted songs out until midnight. Our room was also on a busy main road. An engineer was called to fix the air con and just walked in the room - my partner was naked and I was in my underwear - he didn’t even leave when he saw us and just walked over to the unit (which he didn’t fix and just shrugged and said the whole hotel is the same). The shower head was filthy, there was no ice box door in the freezer, no drying rack for cups, the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work. They give you a sink and no washing up liquid. Honestly, I could go on and on. The TUI rep didn’t care, just said about moving to an equally awful room that smells just as bad. They were also overcharging for excursions you could get cheaper up the road. This was meant to be a relaxing break but it was anything but - we didn’t sleep at all, we smelled like the horrible room smell. The only thing this hotel had going for it is the fact it is close to a lovely beach, restaurants and there is a shop underneath but there is no way I’d stay in a Grupotel hotel again after this experience, it was absolutely dreadful. Save yourself the stress and stay at any other hotel nearby as they were all lovely (we went to look at them so we could change hotel but they were all booked).

The hotel has its best years behind it and is in dire need of an update. The location is excellent, a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, and the bus stop. The apartment was spacious, at first glance comfortable. But the cushions on the sofas were stained, the curtains and drapes were dusty, the hood was stuck with adhesive tape, the bathroom had several elements past their useful life, the only shower gel dispenser was full, but not functional. Towels on arrival, one with holes and the other with dark dirty streaks. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, so you can hear absolutely everything. The "decorative" pillows on the beds are also dirty with stains. An unpleasant musty smell in the whole building with the apartments, which could not be aired out. We only had breakfast, which was adequate, although we expected more from a four-star hotel in this area. And also in the area of ​​hygiene, prepared plates and cutlery were not sufficiently clean. The pool is in a very nice garden, which is definitely an added value. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. Hotel has great potential to be much better. But it needs some work and care.

Hotel bardzo fajny, przemiła obsługa (jedna z Pań na recepcji nawet trochę mówiła po polsku). Panie sprzątające zaglądały codziennie, ogólnie hotel czysty. Do najbliższej plaży 2 minuty pieszo, dużo sklepów (jeden tuż pod hotelem). Dziękujemy za miły pobyt.

Instalações ótimas, mas as suites precisam de supervisão pois as funcionárias fazem muito mal as camas , não repõe papel higiénico e não verificam o estado das coisas as quais precisam de manutenção, tal como cortinas descosidas a cair e sujas. Porém a sala das refeições está impecavelmente limpa, bem cuidada e tem funcionários de excelência, simpáticos, despachados e cuidadosos com os clientes e com o espaço e funções. A comida é muito boa, variada e com abundância. Pena a piscina não ter entrada de fácil acesso aos idosos e a quem não sabe nadar, por isso está sempre vazia ( quando se entre tem logo 1,80cm de profundidade, o que fica inapetecivel mesmo para quem nada bem como eu.
