Recently refurbished to a high standard, beautiful hotel very nicely decorated throughout. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, really friendly and ready to help at any time. We had a small leak in our room (recently refurbished, bound to have the odd hic-up) and the staff fixed the issue very quickly and left us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for the inconvenience, very good customer service considering. The pool area is very pleasant and located within the front of a beach. Sunbeds on the beach are not part of the hotel bear in mind, so you need to pay for those as it’s public beach property. The beach bar is great, fast service and the food is really good. Staff are again very friendly and the drinks are great quality too. Plenty of parking outside the hotel with a local supermarket just down the road for essentials. I’d recommend this hotel, its tucked away from noise and traffic, just down the road from the old down (about 20 min drive)

Wir haben am 3. Tag nach Neueröffnung eingecheckt und wurden mit einem Prosecco ausgesprochen freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer hatte seitlichen Meerblick und war sehr schön. Leider gibt es nicht viel Stauraum für Kleidung. Wir waren nur 5 Nächte dort, also war das für uns nicht wirklich ein Poblem. Wenn man aber 14 Tage dort ist, wird es eng. Das Bett ist groß und sehr gemütlich gewesen. Das Bad ist geräumig und es wurden hochwertige Kosmetikartikel (Shampoo,Conditioner,Duschgel,Handseife und Bodylotion) angeboten. Das Frühstück ist typisch spanisch und sehr lecker. Es gibt noch eine Extrakarte mit einer Auswahl verschiedener Eiergerichte und Sandwiches. Empfehlen kann ich das Avocado-Lachs-Sandwich. Die Poolanlage ist super sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und umsichtig. Vom Pool aus sind es nicht mal 50 m zum Meer. Abends ist es sehr gemütlich auf der großen Terrasse oberhalb des Pools zu sitzen und die musikalischen Darbietungen zu genießen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Good hotel Excellent staff at reception during our stay. Spacious ocean facing balcony suite. Cons- cleaning staff doesn't hover the floor and doesn't clean in between sofa leaving dirt and food. Mattress are not comfortable for people with back pain

Feedback Nicht geeignet für Kleinkinder es gibt nur einen kidsclub aber keinerlei Kinderberreiche keinen Spielplatz kein Kinderpool keine Angebote für Kleinkinder. Das Zimmer war nach einem Wechsel (da das Bett zu klein war) ganz angemessen). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich besonders Maria von der Rezeption und Ramon vom Service. 5 Sterne Hotel ist es definitiv nicht maximal 3.5. Keine Bademäntel im Zimmer nicht mal Handseife. Das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr gut. Abendessen naja in Ordnung aber nicht dem Preis entsprechend von 30€ pro Person.

Not worth to book, old and creepy, better book a 4 star hotel for the same price.
