This fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has stainless steel appliances, new luxury vinyl planks, and huge walk-in closets (if you want a walk-in closet, this is the place!). The 10 foot ceilings make it even more spacious. Convenience is key - the location is perfect! It is right off of Broad Street in downtown Murfreesboro only 4 blocks from the square. It is 2.4 miles from Ascension St Thomas hospital and only 2 miles from MTSU. There 2 parking spaces.
*Washer/dryer are in the home.
*Certain pets are allowed with 1 time pet fee.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:At booking, if you require an additional 30 minuets past 10 AM, you may do so for $50 extra. Comfortable
The home is nice and comfortable. It is conveniently located near the freeway and the town square. It was a great place for us to relax after a long day exploring.

Awesome!
It was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a rental. 10 out 10 would stay here again.
