"Unhelpful reception staff, unwilling to actually provide a Spa service without prior notice. It's supposed to be a Spa Hotel and yet we were given misleading information deliberately preventing us from using the facilities. Very poor breakfast, literally bought from the supermarket down the road. They didn't provide items as promised on their website, free water, Turkish bath etc and generally were dismissive of us. You couldn't pay me to go back."

"We booked it through a website, Weekendesk, which offered a dinner and breakfast buffet. Dinner consisted of a cold ham and cheese sandwich, a banana, and a soft drink. When we complained, they gave us a salad, but nothing special. We had to go downstairs to pick up dinner and eat it in our room, sitting on the bed, as there was only a desk and a chair. The spa, as promised, has seen better days; the facilities didn't work properly; some are awaiting repair, but when the jacuzzi was working, it was the sauna that was broken, and nothing worked at the same time. We tried to get our money back, considering that the Weekendesk ad offered dinner, breakfast, and a spa, but the Hotel Executive Sport Restaurant, which it doesn't have, flatly refused to refund us. This hotel is located in a remote industrial area, a 10-minute drive from Totana, which we already knew, but the photos of the spa and the possibility of dining at the hotel after hiking around the area all day and arriving tired, made us think it was a good idea. This is my personal experience. I feel cheated and they ruined my 3-day vacation. The worst thing isn't the money, it's the feeling that you've been the victim of fraud, of deception, and on top of that, they ruined your vacation."

"Erinomainen kokemus, varasimme alun perin eri huoneisto (sanoi Apartments Turistico) noin 200 metrin päässä, päivä ennen matkaa minulle ilmoitettiin, että huoneisto oli saatavilla ennakoimattomien olosuhteiden vuoksi, mutta he tarjosivat Puerta Todellinen, jossa on päivitys. Alusta alkaen viestintä kanssani oli ensimmäinen luokka Whatsapp . Saapuessa he olivat anteeksipyynnön ja tarjosi meille ilmainen goodie tasku sekä päivitys. Asunto itse oli loistava, puhdas ja kaikki mitä tarvitsimme oleskeluun. Oli 3 naista vastaanotto ja ne olivat loistavia, ystävällisiä ja ammattitaitoisia. On myös viereinen auton pysäköinti, joka voidaan ottaa sisään varhain vuorokauden pienen lisämaksun."
