Service was excellent. Planning to stay again next time The food was ok but im hoping for wider selections next time.

The beds were comfortable, and the included breakfast buffet spectacular. The staff was friendly and top notch. We were very happy!

Worth the money as every time we stayed. Rooms offering lots of space, well equipped and clean as you can expect for 5* hotel.

This is our favorite hotel…Quiet, Clean, comfortable.. But i hope there are a lot of food selections

I booked this hotel for my team for their business trip. They were very impressed with how beautiful of room decoration and facilities.

We booked this hotel for our parents who are celebrating their wedding anniversary. They really enjoyed their stay. The room is clean and the buffet breakfast is really good.

Bathroom toilet yellowish. Pool is not available for morning swim. So frustrating that the pool cleaner calls out my son for playing in the pool. Doesn’t want to wet (or clean) the area? 🤣🤣🤣 The only good thing in this hotel is the location, walking distance and very near the Festival mall.

Place was good, down side was there was not heat water and bed was creaky. other than that, everything was great

Staff service and food were good but some of the facilities were so inconvenient for us especially the toilet,it’s very difficult to flush and shower head no good

All is great, except for the 2 bottles of Wilkins included in the complimentary. I thought it was included also, but I was charged on that! So upset.

1. 모기 한마리가 없어 동남아 출장중 모기한번도 않물린 경우 처음입니다. 2. 모든 door의 통과시에 안내원과 직원들이 열어줍니다. 미안할 정도로 편했습니다. 3. 조식은 31층 야외 테라스를 경험하며 먹을수 있었지만, 선 안내 받은 자리를 몰지각한 손님이 착석해버려 혼선이 한번 있었으나, 양보하고 덜 혼잡한시간에 편하고 즐겁게 식사할수 있었습니다. 4. 4일 투숙중 시간이 여유있어 31층 fitness에서 운동할수 있었고 운동화를 빌려준 트레이너님의 도움으로 2회 즐거운운동을 할수 있었습니다. 다시한번 트레이너 분께 진심 감사드립니다. 5. 처음 호텔 사용시 grap은 3층이라고 안내해주기 바랍니다. 전 1층에서 배달음식을 찾았으나, 3층에 도착한걸 한참후에 알수 있었습니다. 다음부터는 신규툭숙자에게는 3층이 grap 배달품이 도착하는곳으로 설명해주면 좋을거 같습니다.
