I love the buffet breakfast and the place near from the mall even you do walking. Happy new year

the staff are very accomodating and courteous. i like most the service van in dropping us to the mall and also in fetching us in going back to the hotel.

Terrible. Called several times to at least get us towels. Frontdesk would say will followup but nothing came to fruition. WALANG HOUSEKEEPING NA NAGLILINIS. PANAY PROMISES LANG. PATI HOUSEKEEPING DIAL BINABABA ANG CALL. WHAT A TERRIBLE HOTEL! CANCELLING MY PLAN TO RETURN HERE IN FEBRUARY. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. THE WORST HOTEL IVE STAYED.

The room was spacious and incredibly clean. Plus, the view from our room was amazing. There was a great food selection during the breakfast, and we truly appreciated the attentiveness of all the staff. In a nutshell, it was a wonderful stay!

We checked in late and we still had to wait for a room. Finally when we got 1 the extra bed we booked has not been arranged yet. Had to wait again for them to fix this and this was after we already got transferred from another room. Buffet breakfast was also unorganized and we had to wait to be seated which was a 1st. Most people in the hotel were also not happy about this. My stay in Acacia Davao was way way better than this. Rates on the day were also very expensive as it was a holiday. Sad that they were not able to compensate for what they changed
