部屋の設備はバスタブがない以外は完璧（フィリピンではなかなかバスタブありませんが）。 フェスティバルモールまでも、ちょうどいい距離で、夜間も治安はよく、近くのコンビニまでも裏口を通って歩けます。 食事は朝のビュッフェも、夜のディナー（オーダーから時間かかりますが）も美味。フィットネスコーナー、プールもあり、とても快適な滞在でした。次回も、アラバンに泊まるときには、是非利用させてもらいます。

Experience is good and accom is very nice

The place is quite old and it is quite obvious with its towels. But the location is strategic. Their suites is very big and good for family groups.

It was great overall but I just noticed that they charge for all extra stuff so make sure you know this. They're very particular about the number of guests

Hotel room is big with separate living room, bedroom and kitchen.

Facilities: limited parking space. Roof top pool is ok but small. Main Toilet flush was not working on. Service: Is ok but when asked during checked out for 2 towels (not issued to us) is really a pissed off. Though staff apologize but still asked me to sign a voucher. Location: Near to Festival Mall/ ATC and Airport Cleanliness: Need improvement.

Pet friendly hotel. I love it! We had a super nice stay, thank you Parque for making my bird that happy with my furbaby!

The hotel was kinda old, didn’t expect it. Room design was good but the kitchen and toilets ate smelly like drainage. I requested for room change because the other toilet in the kitchen as well as the kitchen sink are clogged. and they didn’t fix it even after I mentioned it to the reception. The room’s air-con are not also good. It was installed on the lower part of the wall and air was blowing into the side bed. Towels are like a rag, looks dirty. The amenities are not attractive at all. Although the view from the pool are great specially when the sun sets. Restaurant are not so good. There’s not much variety on the buffet. Php 650.00 is not worth it for breakfast buffet.

We had a comfortable stay in a spacious room good for family staycations.

Its a pretty nice stay. A bit old room but very clean and big. Complete kitchen and dining utensils that you can use. There are some malfunctions in the comfort room but we did manage. Overall we will book again if we are back in alabang.

We had an excellent experience in this residence hotel. First of all, the place was easy to locate and very accessible to malls like Festival Mall and ATC. Our room was spacious for 2 and was also surprised with a very complete amenities like kitchen. It was also clean and the surrounding was peaceful. It was really a nice residence hotel. The receptionists and the guards were also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we found this place a bang for the buck coz we also booked it with a discount. :) The only thing I can say that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet. Food selection, look and condition of the restaurant can still be improved.

A Family Vacation Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I feel safe staying here because there are guards at the entrance who are vigilant in checking all the guests that go in and out of the hotel.
