Very worst people they treat us very bad. Not clam to sleep. It's not suitable for family stay. They allot more amount but not that much worth.they didn't not taken complaints.lots of lie.very very very worst experience.

Honestly I am saying i am facing terrible experience. I have booked through Makemytrip so i am not called before for any confirmation because Makemytrip Cleary told us not required even they mention on the bill also so we started our journey and reach at Theni 10am there is no bus for Munnar so i called to hotel for informing which our arrival take some time but the hotel guy is speak harshly that already hotel people informed to Makemytrip that due to maintenance all booking are cancelled 1 week before but i have not received any calls from Makemytrip, So i called Makemytrip regarding this, Makemytrip also not replied properly, they are try to convincing me for alternate hotel, i am also agreed but they are not booked any hotels every half hour they called but they not provide accommodation. We struggle on Munnar with family Kids .On the same day deaf and dumb four peoples faced the same problem like us, My Opinion don't book to this hotel and Don't trust Make my trip. They refund my money after one month with three Mails and reminders from Lawyers. This trip spoiled by makemytrip and munnar mansion....

Everything is good from cleanliness to the staff. Best in budget. If you want to spend a very good time in Munnar this hotel is very good for staying. I faced no problem in staying here. Also they are providing high speed WiFi
