Excellent simple room with a balcony and kitchenette, very close to metro (U-Bahn) and walking distance to S-Bahn. The nice Ostpark is nearby for a walk by the lake. Shops and supermarkets in the quiet and safe neighbourhood. I like that they clean only every other day. I’ve stayed multiple times already. My only not so positive comment is that the wifi quality could be improved.

位置還算可以，我訂是新裝修的房間，維持廚房用具比較全，但衞生間的馬桶圈不知為什麼會小一圈？房間有暖氣，但被窗簾蓋住，所以有點冷。

From the airport, you have two ways to get to the hotel. Plan A : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take U5 and get off at Innsbruck Ring. Change trains to U2 and get off at Josefsburg. Take the elevator on your right to the ground. Walk to the right and you can see the hotel on your left. Plan B : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take tram 21 and get off at the stop(see pictures below). Walk to the church and you can see the hotel. The reception of the hotel and the building with rooms are different. Be careful. The hotel is not in the central of the city,but you could hear the church bells ringing. There's no washing machines or washing room. You can ask the reception to bring your clothes to a laundry shop nearby.

Wir waren im Central Hotel Apart in München für zwei Nächte. Das Hotel haben wir uns vorher im Internet angesehen und gebucht, die Bilder auf der Hompage des Hotels sehen komplett anders aus als in echt. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war vorhanden. Allerdings ist die ganze Hotelanlage in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringends renoviert werden! Das Personal ist etwas unfreundlich, die Nachfrage nach Glutenfreiem Brot wurde gekonnt ignoriert und schlussendlich mussten wir glutenhaltiges Brot essen. Ausserdem hat das Personal nicht die besten Deutschkenntnisse. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, in der Nähe sind Biergärten und Restaurants. Eine U-Bahn, Tram und S-Bahn Station sind mit 2 Minuten Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Busse sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Gut: Schneller, unkomplizierter Check-In und Anbindung Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen. Schlecht bis erschreckend: Das Zimmer an sich war okay - wir hatten aufgrund der Bilder höhere Erwartungen, aber es ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und einfach. Die Umgebung bzw. das Gebäude war allerdings erschreckend. Es sah aus als würden die Wohneinheiten teilweise auch länger bewohnt werden und es machte einen mehr als ungepflegten Eindruck. Wir waren ehrlich gesagt froh, dass wir nur kurz dort waren.

Quite simple but good room. Breakfast was very nice, friendly staff and plenty of good food.

Comodissima da raggiungere con la U2

Bina eski, odakar yenilenmiş. Diğer odalardan geken yemek kokusu bazen rahatsiz ediyor . Çok fazla konfor aramıyorsanız kalınabilir.

Good in general, bed was too firm for my taste. Good price-comfort ratio, but you can find better ones. The location is excellent, in a quiet corner just a few minutes from the U2 metro. The building is an interesting brutalist example, kept super clean and tidy even if it looks dated on the outside. There are food and groceries options around as well. The room has nothing out of place, it is big and has a pretty decent kitchen for a short stay. The bed is a single-plus size, which is good. The mattress was to tough for me and the pillows so very thin, hence the lower comfort rating. The gym is ok. The cardio equipment is top-shape, really new and in perfect working order. The weights have seen better days and could be modernized. Communication and all that worked perfectly.

A really terrible experience! I have booked 2 nights in the hotel, however,the second night I can't open my door with my key and there is no people in the reception . I call them many many times, but nobody answer. About 40mins later a staff call me and come. He gave me a new key but without any apology!! it is really annoyed!!!

Nette Unterkunft in München mit kleiner Küche Ganz nette Unterkunft, mit kleiner Pantryküche. Nettes Frühstück und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Estancia estupenda Buena comunicación con el centro. La limpieza es buena. Nos dejamos las tarjetas de entrada dentro de la habitación y a pesar de que la recepción estaba cerrada, contactamos con el teléfono de emergencia que ponía y nos solucionaron de inmediato el problema. El que puedas disponer de microondas, frigorífico y un pequeño menaje de cocina da mucho juego. Muy recomendable.
