The cleaning service was not too good. When we asked them for room cleaning, the stuffs just changed the towels. Then I asked them to clean the room, they said they have so much work to do and they don’t have time to clean the room if we ordered them to change towel. it’s not a good cleaning service. But for the price, it’s a it fair.

A location of the hotel is extremely convenient, the way to the railway station takes about 5 minutes. A room is clean, cozy and fully equipped. Reception staff have to be appreciated as well due to the fast response to all problems.

我最近在一家酒店住宿，整體體驗非常愉快。前台接待熱情，辦理入住迅速。房間設備齊全，還有迷人的城市景觀。浴室的清潔程度讓我印象深刻，提供的洗浴用品質量上乘。酒店內的餐廳也很出色，菜品新鮮，特別是早餐，種類多樣，讓人食欲大開。位置便利，步行即可到達主要商圈。這次旅程讓我感到放鬆，期待再次光臨！

Within two minutes of the central train station, reasonably priced, with lots of restaurants, a grocery store, and mall within a couple minutes walk. Rooms are very basic but adequate, especially for the price. Old town is within a ten minute walk.

Okay Stay, But With Several Issues
Our stay at this hotel had some frustrating moments. We arrived two hours after the official check-in time, expecting a smooth process, but when we got to our room, it was completely unprepared—the bed was unmade, and there was trash left from the previous guest.
After complaining at reception, the staff was friendly and tried to help as quickly as possible, but we still had to wait 30 minutes for a new room. The second room was at least clean, but it had several issues: the light switches worked only sporadically, wires were hanging from the ceiling, and one power outlet was unusable due to an exposed wire, which seemed like a safety hazard.
The bathroom also had a design flaw—a large gap between the shower partitions caused water to spill everywhere when showering.
Overall, the stay was okay, but given these issues, I’m not sure I would book this hotel again.

komplett renovierte Zimmer, hilfsbereites und sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage, 24/7 Rezeption, preiswertes Frühstück, Kooperation mit einem Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl und gut behandelt. Toll ausgestattete Zimmer, sehr sauber, tolles Ambiente, toller Biergarten und angenehme Preise

+ Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof und damit auch an der Ubahn. Karlsplatz/Stachus in Laufnähe. - Die Betten waren frisch bezogen, aber sonst wurde in diesem Zimmer gefühlt nichts geputzt. Der Boden war EXTREM dreckig. Auch wenn der Zimmerpreis eher niedrig war, ist einmal durchsaugen bevor ein neuer Gast kommt wirklich nicht zu viel verlangt. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht und eines davon hat außerdem extrem nach Rauch gerochen. Für max. 1 Übernachtung ok.
